I went back in late march, back again April 3rd. I have seen the past reviews for this dominos and it didn’t seem promising. But as for these past few times, they have provided great quality pizza, and pastas. I will be back again, workers there were respectful and helpful as well when asking for cheese, peppers, plates, etc.

this place really needs to be put out of business or have the BBB inestigate them. they dont allow online ordering but that is the only way you can get the deals on their pizzas. This place is scamming people. Especially after reading everyones reviews on here!

Tonight I placed an order and delivery driver was fantastic. Curtis from the Woodland CA location was the driver. We are just outside of delivery area but he knew the spot and food was hot and fresh. Thank you Curtis and hope you see this!

They let us have a wedding here and it was beautiful. Great service, let us have pepperoni rings. unfortunately, the marriage didn’t last long, but that's not on Domino's. we'll always remember this experience. 10/10
Their car carry out service is so bad! They never do it and they take so much longer than expected on your order! By the way the staff gave me a dirty look when I went to pick up my order lol never ordering here again

We placed an order tonight with Domino’s on Mainstreet in Woodland. We were told from the beginning that our home was in the delivery radius. We have had deliveries from Domino’s here before, for reference. An hour or so goes by and did not receive food. We call the store and the manager, Carlita, tells us that our phone number is associated with another women, who called and said that we would pick it up instead. The possibility of this situation being true is very minimal. The manager goes on to say that we will be charged with a $5 delivery charge, even if we pick up the food from the store. Honestly, i’ve also worked in customer service and understand the frustration of customers but this could have definitely been handled better. Do not recommend this location.

Don't even waste your time going to this place. They told me 35 minutes for my order to be ready. I get there 35 minutes later, they haven't even started my order. I told the manager I wanted a discount and he said he could just comp my Parmesan bread bites and the dipping sauces. Are you kidding me? So whatever I accepted his offer and waited 15 minutes for my order. They said they were super busy which I totally get but don't say 35 minutes if you can't fulfill the request. As I was waiting for my order, the phone was ringing and ringing and ringing with not one person answering the phone. Talk about shitty customer service. Don't waste your time at this place. Go somewhere else. I will NEVER go back.

Tried to order online, but website didn't let me build my own pizza. Ordered inside and was told 15-20mins, and ended up waiting an hour for my pizza, when there was no other customers waiting or pizzas under the warmer. Also, wasn't offered napkins or plates or anything else when I picked up an hour later. Very poor customer service and wouldn't recommend for dominoes quality pizza either.
