This place is so rude a younger woman answered the phone. I made a small request regarding my food I asked if I could get more chicken and less veggies. Because my last order I had received mostly veggies. She proceeded to tell me that was impossibles. She was very rude on the phone telling me I needed to pay more for chicken. Then she hung up on me. Will not be going back to this place ever again and telling everyone about how horrible the customer service is.

I've been coming here with my family for many years now and they don't disappoint! The flavor is on point and the service has always been super friendly everytime I went! Some reccs would be the sweet and sour soup, orange chicken, and fried rice. The Thai tea is also super yummy and will add a sweet touch to your meal! We love supporting family run businesses and we will continue coming back!

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Saw online today people's experiences at this place within the last few weeks, up to today.. about how poorly they've been treated.... Cussing, yelling, eye rolling, chasing people out to their cars.. beings rude to a CHILD. and I've heard it's ALL from the same ONE person. A WOMEN.. who happens to be the owners daughter. How AWFUL the owners even allow this. I can't wait to come in and come face to face with this woman, she clearly hasn't met her match. I hope this business gets shut down due to the negative environment they provide their customers. Everyone boycott this restaurant, if they can't treat their customers with respect, they shouldn't get our money.

I am in shock. I can't believe how extremely rude the woman at the front desk is. I'm speechless..... now I know why so many people in Woodland talk poorly about it. First time she was rude I thought "maybe she's having a stressful day", I know as a retail worker we've all had that day. But this second time, she was just rude for no reason!!! Lost my support!

My mom and I ate here for lunch and we enjoyed the service and the lunch special they had. We tried the combination lunch and it was a good amount and tasty. The food came out really fast too. Not too bad for the price. Will certainly come back again.
Golden Dragon Restaurant was the best chinses food in town. Little by little they have become worse. We are done. The food tonight was 80.00 and it was dry like it had been sitting in a warming pot. Very little flavor.

Absolutely terrible customer service!!! I tried to place an order over the phone and they hung up on me before I could finish telling them my order. A different worker called me back and called me a “****** over the phone because I no longer wanted my order since they didn’t even let me finish ordering. I am in shock after this experience, no matter what the situation is that is not how you treat a customer.

So I ordered a large wonton soup and vegetable egg rolls. Well I ended up getting from this restaurants Was not even the correct soup I ordered. Don't waste your time and don't waste your money I don't know how they're still open

Ordered orange chicken and general chicken, both with $2 extra veggies option. In the general chicken I got a total of 3(!) pieces of very very very salty broccoli, and probably 6/7 small pieces of celery and two pieces of thin carrot. (I would hate to see what the normal vegetable haul is!). Now on to the chicken, general chicken was ordered hot (which is was not) I think the only difference was 4 pieces of chili peppers that were not even a little spicy, general sauce was way too sweet as well. Orange crispy chicken had no taste or orange (absolutely none!) and the chicken was not crispy, soggy at best. Both chicken orders were the typical breaded chicken but the quality of the meat to bread was not good, gave it that soggy gross texture that too many places have in our area. We will not go there again.
