Below average food with lousy service. Guy taking orders is pretty pathetic. After repeating the order to him 3 times he still got it wrong and ended up giving us 4 items instead of the 6 items we ordered. If you must endure having to deal with the guy make sure you quadruple check your order. Meat both chicken and beef was overcooked and not very good quality. Pretty inexpensive but you get what you pay for.

Low-priced quality food. Very unique and flavorful cuisine.
Quiet atmosphere, delicious food made fresh to order. The samosas are delicious as is the salad. We also tried the chapli kabob plate. The Jala ice cream treat was interesting and tasty. The macaroni dish could have used more sauce, but overall still 10/10. Excited to try more of their menu.

Was visiting from out of town and heard amazing things about this restaurant. From the friendliness of the staff to the friendly atmosphere to the delicious food I don’t know where to start. Would absolutely try again!

Bad business ethics. Ordered a number of items for pickup. When came home, found out some items were missing. Called and requested refund for the missing items. But they refused. The food and cuisine just average.
The food is OK I guess it just depends on who's cooking it sometimes the chicken is good and other times the chicken is extremely

I can't say enough good things about the quality of food at "House of Shaw." My favorite is the chapli kabob and shaw fries which I've included a picture. The restaurant is always clean and located in the quaint downtown woodland area with adequate parking and a bunch of boutiques close by if you wanted to shop afterwards.

Actually ordered delivery via grubhub for lunch. Got dish I always get. Good but not great. First few times I had it years ago it was great. Three kabob plate: pork, chicken and steak. They no longer offer the pork. The food is still good but not as great as initially. So I gave it a 4 rather than a 5.

I gave them 3 stars because the menu was not specific. We ordered a 2 kabob meal and the description of the kabob meal says any 2 kabobs. A Kabob description on the menu says 5 pieces of meat. So I expected 10 pieces for 2 kabobs. But instead we got 3 pieces of each meat. We called and the way that it was explained to us is that when you order a mixed Kabob it’s only 3 pieces of meat each. This was a little confusing and a little misleading. I just felt like it wasn’t a whole lot for what we paid for. However the food was good.

Wonderfully flavored and prepared Afghani style food. Can get a bit loud and echoey eating inside, but the food is fabulous

The place is not Afghan at all. They are trying to mimic an Afghan cuisine but they can’t get even close. I wouldn’t even give them one star.

Ordered the shah Cali wrap and was sent on a scavenger hunt for the meat. Too many mouthfuls of lettuce for my taste.
