I had a taco salad that barely had any filling in it with a small dab of guac and no cheese. I Asked the owners son who was working the register why there wasn't more toppings on it and he said if I didn't like the food we didn't have to come back. If I could I would give it 0 stars. The restaurant is also very dirty and flies are everywhere.

This review is solely on this restaurant's pozole. So I'm a pozole lover, thus willing to try nearly everyone's take on this beloved soup. This restaurant has a good ? take on the soup.At first the soup was a little bland, as it needed a little more salt to hit my palate. But it came with cabbage (a must), white onions, and limes. Oregano was already at the table. Choice of chips or tortillas. Also a small brown hot sauce.Good portion of pork and hominy. Hominy isn't overcooked, and carried the taste of the soup in every bite. Once I added the hot sauce, the soup had all the flavors I love about pozole. This is one of 2 restaurants in Woodland, I will come back to for my pozole needs.Great job to the family and their pozole recipe!

My absolute go to place for pozole. It never disappoints. It really is authentic so if you don’t like home style dishes, you may not like it here. I, on the other hand, love all the dishes I’ve tried. Wait time can be longer on weekends of course.

I love this place. Staff is often busy with take out orders and deliveries for dashers, but any time I've visited the food has been above par, reasonably priced, and completed quickly without being rushed.

The Chile Relleno burrito is so delicious! Friendly staff, clean and fast service. So many different varieties of foods. Very authentic Mexican cuisine.

We order from here at least once a month and they almost always forget something. This time it looks like the food was just thrown in the box, on top of missing the guacamole and lime with our order. My girlfriend also ordered a taco salad and toppings were sparse. The food is usually pretty good flavor wise, but overall it's disappointing whenever we order a meal and it's incomplete or in disarray.
