I went inside with a family member, about 8 pm, there 4 managers n crew, yet they were customers waiting 2 users 2 at registers, n 3 to dine in, yet 1 Mgr n crew member saw the ppl at reg n disregarded the customers, 1 Uber left n came back n the rest of us we were still waiting for the food, 1 Mgr shift was over n was served 1st, why ? Once your off the clock you are just a customer like the rest of us, I'm not mad, but as a person that worked for 35 yrs in customer service that is so totally wrong n disrespectful, the Mgr need to remember they have a job because of customers

The service was quick. I ordered on my app mobile. The food gave me indigestion severely immediately afterwards. I think maybe the grease was old? The service was fantastic. Attentive even from the manager because it was sitting there waiting a couple minutes and I mean only a couple minutes for my food and I was asked if I needed help. The restaurant was dirty. Every open table was dirty. I had to bus my own table.The food wasn't particularly hot and was sloppily put together.I had reason to interact with the manager Mario, and he was unprofessional. His customer service skills were poor to non-existent.I would and will not return to this, or ANY McDonald's for future meals. I refuse to pay for sub-par food and rude treatment. I'll spend my money elsewhere.
