Round table always has a quality product that is made just as you like it. Probably the only place that I rate as high as I did.

Hadn't ordered from here in a long time so I decided we would switch it up from our normal pizza place (Delish). BIG mistake! I ordered through door dash so I was unable to get my full refund. But the pizza was literally not edible!! My boys love pizzas and even they couldn't eat it! I had to spit it out, it was that bad. No joke, the pizza was extremely small for a medium and was BURNT! That's all you could taste or smell. Absolutely disgusting, waste of money, time

I have ordered numerous delicious pizzas from this Round Table and their delivery is always on time or early. Today, I went in to pick up my pizza at 7, which is the time that I gave them. Because it was not ready and I had to wait about 20 more minutes, the Manager; Patrick came out to offer me a refund and also a free refreshment drink. He didn't need to do this, but I was very happy to accept the offer. I received my fresh very hot pizza shortly after and I so appreciated their great customer service.

Horrible. I think they must have changed the crust recipe. Too thin, no flavor, chewy... and no edge. I used to love RT. Never again.

I normally won't leave this poor of a review, but this is the exception. Yesterday I ordered a pizza and was told it would be 20 minutes. I waited the predetermined time and went to pick up my order. Upon arriving, I noticed some very agitated customers waiting for their orders... I soon became one of them. There were plenty of employees behind the counter and preparation area, but no one's orders were being served. I waited for 45 minutes on top of the initial 20 minutes I was told it would take to get my pizza. During this time, I was told several times that my order was almost done. Several people demanded their money back and left. One of the orders was a pepperoni pizza, just like what I ordered. It was just sitting up there and the person who ordered it had already left. I told one of the employees to just give that one and I'd be on my way, since I've been standing around for 45 minutes. He wouldn't do it. He instead took it back to the employee's area so they could eat it later. I then asked again... where's my order? He looked and said they were just making it. They lied to me twice saying it was almost done, and then took an abandoned order that was the same as mine and kept it for themselves. At that time I demanded my money back and didn't even get a apology of any sort. Never again! Round Table has always been our pizza place, but not anymore. Great customer service Round Table, you chased our family away for good.

Lia is awesome super helpful goes above and beyond the call of duty. She deserves a raise and a two-week pay vacation to Hawaii or anywhere she wants to go paid vacation from Round table pizza. I hope you take care of this kudos for her thanks
