I walked in and asked to get a replacement for a drink that was made bad at another location. They said it was no problem and remade my drink for free. It’s the best Frappuccino I’ve ever had:)
Ugh! The bathrooms are so dirty! How can employees maintain an acceptable level of cleanliness when their bathrooms are filthy, no paper towels, dirty floors, fixtures and surfaces? Yolo County Health officials... help!

So we have been going to Starbucks for many years but the last couple of times that we have been there and grab some coffee that taste of the coffee has't been the right taste. We always ask for a white mocha and we get either mocha or something else. The cup is halfway down. T full of foam and for the price that we paid. It's not worth it to go and get any coffee anymore. Maybe you guys can start going a little bit slower to make the right cup of coffee.
