I got the Original Charburger, small fries, and drink (some kind of limeade?). When I've eaten here before (different location) I've always been impressed. This time it was very "meh". Was in the drive through for over 20 min when our order came wrong.Asked for mustard and onions nothing else. Got lettuce tomatoes and no mustardHad to wait 10 more minutes for them to remake the new hamburger….. they drowned it in mustard. Like it was spilling out every side all over the wrappers and dripped when you turned it sideways. Like they did it to spite us because we asked for a remake. For such an expensive place I would expect better service. We already waited too long and didn’t have time to wait for them to remake this one. We just threw it away and went to in and out

Really good burger and fries. Biggest issue was just the wait. Not a bad wait if you wanna having with family but if in a hurry don’t stress and go somewhere else. Great food though was worth the wait.

One if the best salads in town! I love going through the drive thru before 3 pm as it is pretty quick & the staff is on top of my order. I love the BBQ chicken salad and the tempura green beans as a healthy option since Im getting ready for spring/summer! When I do go inside it is always clean and they give you a buzzing beeper type thing to tell you your order is ready. Overall great place for a quick salad that wont break the bank!

Literally sat in the drive thru for 14 mins for a kids cheeseburger meal..a BLT..tempora string beans..2 orders of fries and a burger...at 3 p.m. with no one inside or in the drive thru. Fries cold as hell...they forgot the ranch for the tempura...Was terrible. I'm always willing to give a 2nd chance..which I will..and I will order the same regardless to see the difference. The cars stacked up behind me were pissed..looking at me like I did something wrong..lol..crazy..I'll shoot through again in a few months..same time same channel..same order..see how it works out

Order was wrong, and no utensils to eat my salad. They didn't fix my order that was placed at the at the restaurant. I guess a person has to demand a refund.
It was a mess when I got my food. look out Ladies the girls there go after the male customers. Very greasy burger. Not in an ideal spot for a drive thru.

I took my friend and her hubby through drive through the other night and their meal smelled so good, I told my hubby we'd have to try them out. Today was the day. We are in well before the lunch rush. Dining room and restroom were spotless (cashier kindly volunteered code when I said I was going to wash my hands).We both had the flagship burger and shared fries and onion rings. Burger was nicely prepared and presented; love the grilled onions and generous amount of lettuce. Fries fine, nothing special, but the onion rings were clearly cooked to order and were great. Coating was breadcrumb-y, super crispy and the onion inside (often a disappointment) was perfectly cooked. You can eat these neatly--the onion is tender to the tooth. Although we did not opt for the healthy options, it was nice to know that there were salads available. Staff was friendly and helpful; clearly wanting customers to have a good experience. It was our first experience with this chain and I hope all are run as well as the Woodland location.

This place is inconsistent with getting your order right. Today I ordered the Portabello Char combo and all they gave me was some grilled onion and a portabello. No tomato, lettuce or any other fixings that's normally included. The previous time I went they didn't include any fries with a combo order. I like The Habit but this location can't seem to get it right.

Food is consistently good but the drive thru takes crazy long. Even when there was no line it took at least 5 minutes sitting at the window.
