I had a hunger for a tasty sandwich. And all I could think of was Togo's sandwich. I had have some in the past and thought they were more than I could eat. The sandwiches I recalled ordering were always very tasty and very filling. Using "Yelp" I looked up TOGO'S. I was pleasantly surprised at the assorted sandwiches and the friendliness of the personnel. I ordered two sandwiches- one a small California sandwich on white bread and one a large pastrami and cheese on Danish crunch with au jus de jour. I ate half of the pastrami sandwich and all of the jus de jour for dinner. Truly it was very tasty and quite filling. I plan to have the CA sandwich tomorrow for lunch. I plan to do more sandwich shopping there.

I hope the gift card I bought works. It took multiple times to complete the transaction. Maybe better training is needed.

Not going to lie I was having a pretty rough day but when I ordered ahead and added jalapeños to my sandwich I got a lot of jalapeños and it just made me feel a little better about how things are going right now.

I am beyond irritated. I have been buying my lunch from Togo's for months now. Actually I have been buying lunch there at LEAST three times a week. Every time I order a half size Asian salad. I have noticed that they hardly put any chicken on the salad but that didn't stop me. For $7 dollars it was a pretty decent salad. I noticed about 2 weeks ago that they recently changed their salad containers. That's fine, the portion was still the same. TODAY - it was a completely different story. I ordered my usual salad, AND I offered to buy my boss lunch. She also wanted a salad. I picked up my salads and returned to work. The containers were 1/2 empty. Where is the rest of my salad?! I have never gotten so little salad. I literally went 2 days ago and the portion was twice the size of what I got today. I called the store and spoke to an employee, who then passed the phone to someone else. The employee tried to say that the portion was the exact same as the previous container they used. THERE IS NO WAY THAT IS TRUE. She continued to tell me she couldn't do anything and would pass the message to the owner. I am not one to complain, but when I am lied to, I get pissed. I really hope the owner calls me and makes it right. I would hate to not go there anymore, but this is unacceptable. I know the price of goods went up, but change your prices or let your customers know to expect less food.
