This wing stop has majorly gone down hill. Went in for an order pick up , cashier stated it would be a 5 mom wait. We waited well over 25 min to then walk up to the counter and be handed a bag that had been sittingbon there back rack, meaning or oder had been ready the cashier just didn't check the name correctly. Instead of an attempt to make it right the woman who handed it to me simply walked away and said idk when I asked how long it had been sitting out. It has happened time and time again. Though it's a drive definitely heading to Davis to get fire wings next time.

The really neat thing about this place is despite how god awfully long you wait for your order, even after placing an online order in advance, you still end up receiving the wrong food that it’s somehow already cold.Truly, this place sucks.

Always get soggy fries and a watered down soda. If you get delivery it just sits there. So the expensive price and it shows up just gross.

The place was slammed. Online orders were over an hour later than estimated (1.5 hours instead of 30 min). There was a huge line out the door. Took 10 min just to get an update on how long my food was going to be and that update was "I don't know, a while". Every table was dirty, there was significant food and trash on the floor of the prep area.The owners should be ashamed running this place so understaffed. These poor workers are so overloaded.

Had the same problem that i have seen of them not having orders ready when I asked after waiting for 35 min if my order was ready yet because she had said it would be ready because there was 3 orders ahead of me she said oh there are 5 orders to which i replied oh but you said there was 3 orders ahead 35 min ago (that is all I said!) the girl replied with the nastiest attitude "IM NOT GOING TO ARGUE WITH YOU! If you dont want to wait get a refund!" To which i responded with an ok please give me a refund the second i said that my order magically appeared LIKE WHAT??

Look i am from woodland . But this is obsurd the way they have this place is a representation of the staff . If i were the owner id change the culture fast real fast . As i business owner my self i cant imagine having a food place like this.
I ordered a 10pc Louisiana rub, what I got was oil flavor..save your money and just get your wings from a different place.

I visted on a Monday about 12:45. There was only one table plus I order online. They were so slow, I waited 20 minutes to arrive then waited 15 minutes more. To make things worse was there were quite a few flies in the store.

i placed my order online for pick up at 8. it said pickup ready in 21-25 minutes and i get there at 8:25. and they say my order will be ready in 10 more minutes. so i sit and wait. 10 minutes turn into 15 then 20 then 25 then 30. so 50 minutes to make a combo meal and 6 a piece?? ridiculous. i left at 9:15. filthy place as well it looked like they hadn't swept in weeks. soda machine is gross too. i also witnessed two customers come back in saying they got the wrong order or they were missing something. they also confused two orders from people with the same name. they don't even check the card or id info like they say they do online. there is only one person taking orders and doing togo orders at the same time. 5 people cooking and still not one single order went out in those 30 minutes i waited. first and last time ordering from woodland.

This is a good Wingstop. I have had it delivered in several occasions and have never been disappointed. The wings are always hot and cooked to perfection. I get the atomic wings and they are typically covered in the delicious sauce. The fries are definitely not good for you, but oh so worth it. I never drink soda unless I come here. And it must be Dr Pepper. I have only been in the store once and it was very clean and the "wing expert" was awesome.
