I ordered a cake for my husbands 40th. This wasn’t the first cake I had ordered from here and they are a well known bakery so I thought a simple, yet elegant cake would be something I can trust them to make. The cake was not professional looking at all. My toddler and I bake and we have made cakes that look better than this. When I called to complain, not a single apology was given. The employee on the phone, Erin, was very rude. I was told they would fix the cake if I went to the shop but after seeing their work and hearing their attitude, I lost any interest in giving them any of my money. I wanted a refund which they would not give, instead I was asked by the decorator/manager to leave without a refund or without fixing the cake. This is by far the rudest, most arrogant and unprofessional place of business I have worked with. They have lost me as a customer and I will make sure anyone I know never gives them any of their business either. Very disappointing they do not have a basic understanding of customer service.

The cupcakes are fantastic at Beverly's. I did my own personal comparison with Sprinkles. Hands down, Beverly's wins. I won't go back to "sprinkles". Customer service was also a 10 at Beverly's. Don't go anywhere else. Make Beverly's your bakery when you need something special. You won't be disappointed.

They were so sweet to put the cupcakes on real tea plates. She loved it. Oreo cookie cupcakes X2 for the girls and carrot cake for us adults.The cakes on display make you want to order them for parties and weddings. So we'll be done.

Fantastic bakery! Recently got a German Chocolate Cake from them for a birthday and it was one of the best cakes I've had. Everything they make, from their cookies, to their scones, to their other cakes taste amazing and fresh. I 10/10 recommend.
Just wow! So I was looking for a cake and visited like 3 places before i found Beverly's Bakery. I was already tired and honestly didn't think I could find something I liked. As soon as I arrived, I fell in love with their shop. It's so cute!!! They had different options, and since it's summer, I decided to grab the Lemon cake with raspberry cream. Staff was really nice and friendly. Omg!!! Let me tell you.... That cake was absolutely delicious. So moist, fluffy, fresh, and everyone loved it. Not too sweet which was the best. The buttercream was so delish and creamy. This will definitely be my go to bakery for special occasions. Can't wait to try other flavors.

I ordered a custom cake for my son for his birthday. He's into trains so I provided a sample of what I was looking for. The cake was flawlessly decorated, with clean lines and vibrant colors. The taste/flavor of the cake was also amazing. It was a marble cake that was moist and flavorful. The filling was a strawberry mousse which was creamy and fruity. The frosting was a mix between their French buttercream and (I believe it's called) American buttercream. Whatever it was, it was so smooth and creamy and not overly sweet like grocery store frostings. If you order from here, I doubt you'll be disappointed. My only recommendation is to avoid the red frosting as pictured in mine, it had a slight chemically taste that the blue frosting (even as dark as the blue is) didn't have...

Confirmed our wedding cake with Beverly's Bakery after a great wedding cake tasting experience! We found Beverly's Bakery online and were recommended to them by our reception venue. We were greeted by Maria and were given 5 options of large sized cake portions to choose from - white cake, chocolate, red velvet, marble, and lemon. All were delicious! Not too sweet, and we loved their homemade Beverly's frosting. Maria was so thorough and the cakes each had different outer frosting designs to see what kind of styles were offered. We opted for the lemon cake with rasberry fillings and marble cake with vanilla bavarian cream and chocolate ganache. We were given plenty of time to try the cakes, not rushed at all. At the end, we got to take a to-go box with our leftovers. Maria considered various options in sheet cakes to get our final count needed and to get the most cost efficient cakes since we're paying out of pocket and our cake wasn't included in our wedding reception package. They had steady business throughout our weekday morning visit, which goes to show how well they do with other customers and their business. Can't wait to receive our wedding cake!

The young girl working (her name started with a G or J and I'm sad I forgot because she was lovely) was wonderful in explaining everything and I'd go back for a cupcake or something just because she was so nice and helpful. Unfortunately, Beverly's does not make all their cakes fresh in house or local. They come frozen shipped from other locations. Many of the premade cakes are several days and/or up to a week old, held in their refrigerator. Their decorating is beautiful, but I opted to buy several smaller desserts in lieu of a cake because all the cakes in the fridge were over 5 days old. Now I'm realizing it wouldn't have made much of a difference either way.The cookies were the star of the purchase. Soft, good flavor, a little dry.Mini cupcakes were over frosted, not alot of flavor, and dry. Oreo cupcake was dry, lacking flavor.Red velvet cupcake was gross, with the frosting being chewy - it must have been pretty old. The texture was a mix of frosting and gum. The chocolate cupcake with white frosting was OK. Again a little dry. I think I came on a bad day because everything tasted a little stale. Eclair, my husband thought was ok, I thought it was dry and not good at all.Frosted brownie was the only thing moist and flavorful. I would buy it again as a birthday surprise for someone. Good price. Overall, everything lacked freshness and flavor. The prices weren't horrible, but now I'm realizing why fresh bakeries like Susie Cakes is able to charge so much and if it's a special event I will likely opt for something made night before or same morning at a different bakery.
