I ordered 2 pizzas and chicken wings online. The estimated time for delivery was 30-40 minutes. After an hour it hadn't arrived, so I called the store. I was told that it was on the way and would arrive in 10-15 minutes. I said I was surprised that the delivery was double the estimated time and would've expect a call regarding such a delay. The manager said the tracker is wrong all the time and they were too busy to call. I requested a refund and he said he would only refund if I canceled the order. When I pointed out the food was already made and on the way, he said he would call the driver and cancel the delivery. I told him my kids were waiting for their food and he refused to refund the order. I asked how to file a complaint and he told me to look it up online. I asked for the corporate phone number and he told me he didn't have it in sight. I told him I would wait while he gathered the number. He told me again he didn't have it and said to just leave a review. He was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful, especially as a manager. The food arrived 10 minutes later. We've had late deliveries, incomplete orders, and missing toppings from this Dominoes location, so we try to carryout from a different store when we can. This late delivery coupled with such horrible customer service is just ridiculous!

The great thing about Domino's pizza is that it is consistent across all locations, it is a cheap eat, and they are open on major holidays. This rating is for the "mass produced, corporate chain" style pizza places. We love Dominos for what it is, even if it can't compete with the local restaurant-style or mom-n-pop pizza joints.Do yourself a favor a upgrade to the pan crust, add that extra cheese, and try a side once in a while...

Worst pizza I ever ate. I never give reviews but this was so bad I had to write it. We had 2 med pizzas. The cost was $40. Highway robbery. One was buffalo chicken and the other was meat lovers. On the chicken one it was burnt black on the edges. Totally uneatable. One could hardly find a piece of chicken. The other I didn't even pay any attention to because the chicken one was so bad. Don't waste your money go somewhere else. This was the Yorba Linda location.

I've been ordering for this place for 12 years and lately they've made ALOT of mistakes but when I called to cancel, their new manager - Joseph - told me to never order for them or call back again. Apparently my cancelling a $20 order that I made 10 minués earlier - on a "very busy night" was too much for him. Way too arrogant and no answer for their mistake a week earlier when they made me wait for 30 min because they never even processed my request. Not sure whose running things now - they were always much nicer before. Not under Joseph!!!

Got carside delivery and waited almost 15 minutes past the "Boxed and Ready" timer, walked inside and the pizza was sitting ready on the counter. The worker didn't apologize or say anything after. Walked out to the car to find they messed up the toppings on one of the pizzas, would not recommend.

They are located in a small plaza off Yorba Ranch Rd.We frequent this location for take-out due to proximity to our house. Food has been consistently good and service is usually quick. For prepaid, online orders, they have a 2 minute guarantee where they will offer you a free pizza voucher if you don't receive your food within 2 minutes of arriving for pickup. Yes, this guarantee is real and honored as we've gotten vouchers a couple of times, but you need to redeem the pizza within a month so we've never redeemed them. Pizza once a month is plenty naughty for our diet! ?

We came to order at 10.06pm today one guy was working inside but door was locked inside .we communicate with him on d phone and den he opens d door but refuses to take our order and says dt day r only delivering d food no walkin.but their timing says close at 12.pm

Had been ordering pizza at this location for several years even though this place is not in our zip code for delivery and going for pickups because staff was great.But recently had horrible customer service from Jennifer at the store. She is extremely rude and calls back to argue about how wrong we are and its out fault. She has very rude attitude. When this happened first time few months back we were upset that she called back and harassed but we ignored. But we ordered after so long in hopes this will not happen but guess what she doesn't forget. As we picked our pizza inside the store she was rude and sarcastic and said have a good day when we said there was a concern about the pizza???? Seriously.Thats it.Will not order here. Please save yourself and just go somewhere else as she will find a way to ruin your pizza night.

I'm currently having a really bad as my dog is in the process of passing away so I had my family over for comfort and decided to order them pizza.Since my brain is not all there, when I ordered on the app it just got my current location instead of my actual home.I called the Yorba Linda location to see if they can help me and the lady over the phone was extremely rude and condescending to me ( I just can't believe someone like that has a job). She refused to give me her name and said the order number is Domino's #8390 & hung up the phone on me.I called another branch in Anaheim hills, they were extremely helpful and told me they have heard many complaints about the Yorba Linda branch.I just don't think people like this lady should have a job. Very bad experience.

Worst experience I've had with a Domino's chain. I called first on December 12th the 27th at 2:39. This rude lady answered and gave me an attitude.She made me feel like I kicked a puppy since I asked what the specials were. when I was pulling up my card she put me on hold. I recalled the store at 2:43 where she told me I was supposed to have my card ready. When I gave her my card and it didn't work, I told her “here's another card” and she put me on hold again. only to come back 20 seconds later asked me if I was ready for my card and told me if this car didn't work she would have to cancel the order cuz this is the second time she's tried.
