This is exactly what I've been wanting when I say I'm craving bbq. Will definitely be returning.Tried the following items:1/2 lb brisket, 1/2 lb pulled pork, 1/2 rack of pork ribs, hot link, hot pat sandwich (pastrami sandwich), potato salad, coleslaw, bbq beans, cornbread, & the pudding. You'd be hard pressed to find a brisket better than the one at Evan's. Get the brisket, smother it in the bbq sauce, top it with picked red onions and coleslaw (all perfectly made) and enjoy! When the weather is nice, it's a great place to sit and enjoy the food. When it's not, who cares, take it home and enjoy it!If you're trying to avoid red meat, the chicken is fantastic. It's incredibly succulent and juicy and bursting with flavor!
