I had just finished a round trip bike ride to Huntington Beach and was desperate for some carbs and sugar. Decided to go here as it was the closest and was pleasantly surprised. I came in about an hour before closing and the doughnuts still tasted fresh and not at all stale. The man working was incredibly friendly, which goes a long way in my book. I will return whenever I am in the area!
Always fresh and welcomed with a smile. This small little donut shop deserves a lot of credit. It may not have all the fancy trendy donuts but if you're looking for just a fresh fluffy good 'ol donut , grumpy's your place! I find it funny that it's called grumpy when the service is friendly and not grumpy at all!

Mr. & Mrs. Norng are wonderful and you can see the love and quality they put in their donuts. I came for the tamales because I was told they are the best in OC! I even met a guy in the line who said he came from Temecula because his wife wanted them specifically from here. The place is nice and clean and very welcoming. I pass 6 donut places to get to this location. I might be a new regular now!
