Absolutely love this place. The prices are phenomenal and the atmosphere is great. Honestly, I think this is the only honestly priced smoothie location in California. Thank you Lynn Tea, we appreciate you!!

Drinks were too sweet. I didn't see anything about customizing sweetness level. If you don't mind sweet you will enjoy it.

Not only are their coconut slushees so tasty but this husband and wife team are the sweetest people ever. We visited Lynn tea on thanksgiving day and as soon as we came in the nice gentleman offered us samples. The samples to choose from where: mocha, matcha, coconut, mango and strawberry and they all tasted amazing, but being coconut lovers we decided to get the coconut slushees with boba, on my daughter's slushy she added the brown sugar and it was delicious. Definitely will be back again

This is such a cute, not to mention spacious, little tea place! I ordered online for pickup on a Wednesday afternoon and was pleasantly surprised by the breadth of the menu. They have lots of fresh boba and other topping options, 3 different nondairy milks (which is not typical of most boba shops), ice cream, pastries - the works! They also have lots of snacks and other things at the counter. This is exactly the kind of place I would have loved to have around in high school or college to get some work done with a delicious treat. I ordered the Honeydew Milk (no tea) since I wasn't feeling caffeine, and hubby got the Roasted Oolong Milk Tea. Both were refreshing and delicious. The staff were also super friendly and sweet when I stopped in, making the order pickup process super smooth. I love the unique menu offerings and we will definitely be back for more!

This is such an underrated place. I've been here several times and the customer service and drinks are always impeccable. The Thai Green Tea tastes just like the ones from Seaside Bakery & 7Leaves except you can customize it here! When I got the croffle, I was not expecting to have to DIY it. The whipped cream doesn't look like the one in the picture and it isn't enough for the whole croffle, but it was still very delicious overall.

The taro drink at this location is my absolute favorite. It's so delicious, and I love to get it with honey Boba. The staff here are super nice, and the store is very clean. Keep in mind they have lots of good coupons; we stamped our card as a regular, and get a free drink for every 10 purchases! If you're not into taro, as many people are not, consider getting the brown sugar drink.

Visiting from Texas and not many tea places like this are there (at least in the parts I live). I asked for a customized drink, which is not on their menu, but the lady making the drink was kind enough to accommodate me. Half Assam Black Tea and Half Mango Lemonade. She made it so perfect!! Such a refreshing and tart drink. I loved it!! If they ever decide to open a spot up in Texas, I hope they'll consider Live Oak, Texas.

Located in the little center where Enterprise is on imperial and bastanchury. Small mom/pop shop with friendly service. Free samples of coconut slush, mango slush, strawberry slush and two other flavors. My son favors the chocolate milk tea and loves it. Says it's better than the other boba places around town. The owner is super sweet, he kept wanting us to sample different stuff and seemed to really want to please us.

I love Boba and found Lynns while out in the area. Great location just a bit tricky to access since it's at the corner of a very busy intersection, but we did it!!We arrived, entered and were greeted by a very nice man, which I believe was the owner/manager. The menu is quite extensive and a bit overwhelming at least for me. I told him this and he helped me through it, not to mention there is a guide on the menu on how to order. I ordered a Brown Sugar Boba Black Tea Latte with 25% sweetness. It was really good; however next I'll get it with 50% sweetness. The inside of the restaurant was very neat and clean with small tables and chairs plus an outside patio. I absolutely loved how they posted helpful posters on Top Ten drinks and Our favorites in case you need some suggestions. They sell lots of snack items, and other bottled drinks. The parking lots seems to have ample parking when it's not busy. Looks like they have one bathroom for both women and men. They have punch cards that earn you free drinks after buying 10 drinks = 1 free. This is definitely a place for Boba with many yummy choices.

Not sure why this place has high ratings. Their service is super slow and drinks are not good. I got a Hokkaido Black Milk Tea and it tastes nothing like any Hokkaido milk tea I've had before. Also it was 98°F and they had no AC on. The place was like a sauna and I felt like I was going to faint while waiting. Definitely don't recommend.

This is a hidden gem in YL! I've been dying to find real Thai green tea, it's a rarity at most boba shops. Lynn has game when it comes to Thai green tea; a lightly roasted essence juxtaposed by a sweet aroma almost like a green apple. You can't stop drinking it- that good. That's the best I can describe it. Their pastries are equally as unique and one of a kind as their drinks. The matcha pound cake is delicate, but not too sweet. Their Portuguese egg tart is seriously out of this world! It doesn't taste like egg at all, it taste like a custard that is crunchy and pillowy at the same time. The girls helping us were very patient and sweet. The colors inside the shoppe are very bright and springy lots of oranges, greens, and pinks. Makes you feel like you're going to a tea house in Korea or Japan. Customers are a mix of moms bringing their kids or girls meeting up with their friends to catch up on their week. Vibrant and positive ambience/mood. I'll be coming here for my Thai green tea fix from now on.
