First thing when I opened my box was a hair in the food, and they gave me tortilla chips instead of my curly twists. Food tasted mid, this place should have better service in especially such a nice area.

I always come to this location late at night after work and always get fast friendly service. The food is always great and Janice is always super friendly and kind, definitely recommend this place because of their friendly staff and quick service.!

I go to this location often and have always had a great experience. This last weekend I was helped by a woman named Yodi & she was super nice and provided amazing service! I appreciate the fact that the freeze drinks are always available I've found it nearly impossible to get the drink I want elsewhere because the machines are always down at other locations. Totally recommend this Taco Bell location & love their employees!

Janice is such a sweatheart !! I go there almost every Friday night and she is so sweet, everytime I go there and she's not there it's mediocre customer service but when she's there it's top-tier pay her more !! She deserves it she's so sweet

Today we purchased some items at this Taco Bell. I added steak, black beans, and guacamole in Crunchwrap Supreme and of course paid for it.We came home and found out there's no added items in the Supreme! It is only $3, but once they know the customers order to-go, they think they can rip off. And there are barely any basic ingredients either. I tasted mostly sour cream. That was it.What a disgusting restaurant! Same thing happened in the past but we simply thought it was their small mistake. But every time we order to-go, we should consider it is their scheme.

Located in a small complex alongside McDonald's and Chick-fil-A. Some indoor seating and a drive-thru is available.I have always felt that Taco Bell and Del Taco are pretty pricey for fast-food. That said, Taco Bell had a $5 cravings box that was a great value. They just discontinued it though so I won't be frequenting this place anymore.

What a joke of a Taco Bell. One of the most expensive Mexican fast food places out there which is fine but when you keep coming here and they're bean and cheese burritos are so tiny with no beans or anything in it it gets

Saw one of the employees loading chips but he also ate one right in front of me.Vegetarian options: Clearly marked vegeterian options but still check. Many times they forget or add meat.

This Taco Bell in Savi Ranch has gone completely to kiosk ordering. They will not take your order at the counter even as several employees stand around. Last time in I told an employee that I don’t do kiosk ordering. The employee then said they could not help us. My wife and I left. Automation is killing the job market for young people and harms the human element of customer service. Taco Bell should reconsider this apparent policy. We will not be back.

Just went through the drive thru and was asking the manager a question he was extremely rude and put his finger up to me telling me to hold on to speak to another employee and then walked away. I felt like a child. I'm sorry but I thought the customers always come first.
