I want to like this place because it’s in a convenient location and seems clean, but they need to hire some waiters and bartenders that know what they’re doing. Or just train the ones they have. I ordered a jack and coke and they brought me a cup of coke and a shot of jack Daniel’s like 10minutes later ???

We stopped by on the way home from getting my brother in laws new car. The wings were great.Parking: We got a handicap spot between my MS and My significant others CP we both have access to that service.
Every time I go there we ask for Khalil! He is by far the best server there. He is on it all the time. Gives us our food and drinks promptly. Very awesome and very polite!

Went into the restaurant, the host sat us. We sat at our table for a while watching everyone else, even the people who got to the restaurant after us, get their order taken and food and our existence was never even acknowledged. The manager was nice when we let him know we were leaving but this was very disappointing.

Every time I come here, whether it be a weeknight or weekend, it takes upwards of an hour for me to get my food. Half the time, it's cold because it's been sitting in the back. The staff are always nice and friendly, but the food just takes way to long to be made.

Initially, the experience wasn't bad. I was enjoying a nice family dinner, but all of a sudden, towards the end of our meal, a server came up to us and accused my table of making our actual server uncomfortable. We were caught completely off guard and didn't know what to say. We did not once say/do anything to the server other than order our food. Taking in our surroundings, we realized that we were the only brown people in the restaurant and it was nothing we did/say that made the server uncomfortable, it was our appearance. Never have we ever felt so disrespected.

I was enjoying a meal with my family at Buffalo Wild wings in Palm Desert The food and experience was normal, nothing out of the ordinary. The service was overall quick and good, but at one point a guest entered the restaurant with her older female family member and a server came out to speak with this guest in the lobby. Unfortunately the altercation ended with the server cussing the guest out. I believe the servers name was something like Lexie. Management did not act or stop this interaction and it was sort of unsettling to see this event unfold infront of me, my family, and my chicken wings. It is not appropriate to speak to guests like this and I may not return to this location for some time.

Overall, I enjoyed my experience here. The staff was super friendly, and attentive, despite being busy. The restaurant was clean, and has a TON of large screen TV's for sports fans. The food was good, but not great. I ordered the bacon hatch chile burger, and while the flavor was good, there was far more pickled jalapeños than there was Hatch green chiles, I'll say too much jalapeño. Other than that, the burger was good. A friend of mine ordered the same thing, and his was equally overloaded with the jalapeños. I think what got me the most though, was we both had fries with it, but my plate had MAYBE half as much fries as his did. His was a good size portion, a big handful I'd say, mine looked like a toddlers handful. I didn't say anything because I probably didn't need a full portion anyhow, but that kinda got me, and the fact that not only did the kitchen serve it thus, but the waitress didn't see it either. I also ordered 6 boneless wings with the spicy garlic sauce. Couldn't taste garlic at all, it seemed like just standard buffalo sauce to me. I'll try a different sauce next time. Overall, I'm pleased with my experience, and I will likely return, try out some other items, and if needed, revise my review!
