The char broiled taste that made the whopper so good has disappeared. Very disappointing. The Burger King in Marysville was the last one that had the char broiled taste, and it is gone. We only stopped in because it's close to us and new, hoping the char broiled taste was back, it wasn't. We go to Carl's juniors now. Their chocolate cake is good, though, if they still have them. Last time I got a milk shake after they changed, I liked the previous version, to me it tasted better and was cheaper.

Sat almost 40 minutes in the drive through and parked waiting for my food. 40 minutes for chicken nuggets and a whopper. I could have driven 15 minutes into town, got food, and made it home in less time than the place that is 3 minutes from home. Time for better management.

Went through drive through. First off had to wait to place order. Once order placed didn’t show on screen or read back to me if it was correct. Received my food and was not correct. Ordered (2) 1/2 fries 1/2 onion rings. Received all onion rings. Brought to their attention and instead of making it right by just giving me a small fry wanted to charge me. Once home ordered chicken nuggets (4) of them only received (3) of our (4) so we were shorted, but charged for (4). Want more money, but can’t even do the order correctly. It seems when we do go out there is always something missing.

Extremely slow, food is always wrong, fries are never cooked fully, I can’t believe this is what was brought to our city, terrible terrible idea.
Food is always hot and fresh. Customer service is always good.Vegetarian options: I don't see Onion Rings on the list.

Waited at the speaker box about 5 minutes, pulled forward to the first window after no one answered and waited again. Finally pulled up to the last window (10ish minutes) just to be told very rudely "yeah we were busy so you have to go around and order at the box". I asked if the lady was serious and why she couldn't take my order at the window and was LAUGHED AT.I've worked in food service my entire life and I've never laughed at a customer for something that is the crews fault. This needs to be addressed immediately with crew members as I and my family/friends will not be going to burger King ever again.

what is up with this place..the location is so convenient but the food is always cold, sloppy, and they never get my order right. asked for large fries and got a cold small with no ketchup

On occasion, ill have the impossible whopper just for giggles. I like their fries too. Now if they could just remember the ranch i ordered with my order that would be great.

Drive thru messed up first order, next time I went inside and there was a manager working, she shorted me and chicken sandwiches were hardly warm, local health department needs to do a visit.
