The customer service here ..is....RIGHT ON THE MONEY...!!! And it's extremely convenient to hwy 99. Kudos to ALL the staff here !! And especially the training staff, because WE.. All...know what it is ? Or how it WAS like to be young, and for the first time, stretching our wings! And learning to fry up a burger! ....lol...no but seriously, it was a true religious experience finally after all these years? Being home again, and eating a DOUBLE WESTERN BACON CHEESE BURGER AGAIN! ? ? ? ? ? ? ? YUUUUUUUUUUMM....SORRY RED..ROBIN, BUT YOU'LL NEVER MATCH HER!! ♥️ ? ❤️ ? ?

Very bad experience as a costumer…They give me order before a I got home I checked and I have missing items I turn back and ask by the phone to remplace my order this man came out to me and put his hands without gloves to my food I gently ask for remplace my fries and he refused to me I drive trough drive thru and he didn’t want to open the window feel discriminated and he looks so racist ignoring me my request…

I was ignored for probably 5 minutes waiting at the counter to put in my order and I started to wonder if they were actually open (this was a Sunday morning). Two employees ran back and forth working the drive through and they definitely saw me but I didn't even get a "we'll be right with you".
Lactose intolerant. Was clear, hamburger. Not cheeseburger. No cheese. Served a cheeseburger.

The young lady didn't know how to count the money. I asked for fresh food the food was old . Horrible experience despite the experience I was greeted with in Sunday morning. Whom ever works Friday nights the entire group of teenagers seriously needs to be trained again. Also it has absolutely no flavor. What was mine bugging we waited fifteen minutes for no fresh food.

The children that "work "there got my order completely wrong and the burgers were cold and the fries soggy.the manager needs to tell them to repeat the order back to the customer so as not make mistakes like this. Iwll.not going back to the Bridge st.location

I ordered a The really big Carl and I didn't get a receipt to check what I got. When getting home I got a western bacon burger instead. I called the store and they said I should've got a receipt they always give a receipt but I never got one. The dude was understanding but said the only thing they can do is remake if I can back. I asked if I can come back another day because I live 25 mins away coming back from work. They said it has to be that night. I was Lowkey disappointed and sad :( .
