It's definitely a family friendly atmosphere I would say that our waitress could have been a little bit more friendly. With that said the restaurant was slammed the day we were there but I feel like that's not what courtesy should go out the door. Anyways I had a quesadilla fajita which was amazing! I wanted something fajita and then saw that on the menu and wet straight for it

Our waitress was totally rude. The place was busy (it was lunchtime) and I am a huge tipper. I left hee $0 tip! That's how bad she was. Besides that the chips were almost stale, the fresh salsa was not that fresh, it was expensive, all in all I probably won't be back anytime soon.

I paid cash for dinner then was accused in front of customers of short changing the restaurant and after the long haired manager made a scene, he then found the $20.00. I have NEVER been so humiliated before, and Casa Lupe wasn't short changed. I've gone to this restaurant since being a kid. Before you accuse anyone of something, you should ensure you have all the facts.
