The service was amazing! The food is pretty good however be aware the drinks are charged separately to avoid confusion. This location also has a drive thru so it’s very convenient.
I asked for a water cup and a xxxL heavy girl refused to give me one and she had a bad attitude.she had a drity greasy apron she also had a terrible hygiene and she didn’t have her name tag on her never coming back

The food is always good. The order is always correct. Very Fast Service. The Druve Thru employees are usually always very friendly and LOOk at you or LOOK at you and smile while they hand you their food. Management seems to train their employees well.I’ve had one or two times the employee acted annoyed and didn’t look or smile at me while handing me my food, but that was not the norm. They provide both good food and good service. They are my favorite drive thru fast food establishment in Yuba City. I prefer Chipotle food, a little more, but their prices are too high.

Food is good! Unfortunately staff isn’t so great. One woman in particular.I went in 2/16/2024 around 7pm, there were dirty tables so we picked the cleanest table in the room to sit at, as any other person would do right?! Who wants to sit at a dirty table?! As we sat down, we were immediately yelled at from across the restaurant! Not only is that absolutely RUDE, but extremely embarrassing. The tall Hispanic woman could have easily walked over and let us know we couldn’t sit there? There was zero signage stating no one was allowed to sit at the ONE clean table.If you don’t want people sitting in certain areas, maybe have other tables cleaned. But that one specific worker, the tall woman, she could use a good etiquette training.

El Pollo Loco is an easy staple. Double chicken tostada salad is always good! Plenty to pick from and tastes good! Price is fair for what you get.
Staff was friendly and helped me navigate the app to earn points. Ordered tostada salad and it was perfect. Asked for pico and salsa and extra dressing. Not an issue.

I ordered 2 double chicken dishes. I am disappointed because the chicken is supposed to be cubed, chicken breast, I received shredded chicken mixed with dark chicken meat. The cilantro sauce was too thin and runny. I'll try it again soon, if I'm disappointed again, I won't be going back.

Today was my first visit, their food is legit . It's the best Mexican food I've had in a long time I had there shrimp taco and shrimp burrito very happy with the food very fresh and authentic delicious Mexican food I will be back again.
