Horrible customer service, the female worker looked miserable, didn't even acknowledge when we walked in until 2 min later, ordered a cup of fruit and she didn't even fill it up all the way, asked if she could add strawberries and she rudely said no.

I've only had the chance to visit one time so far, (Saturday, 2.3.24; 2:45pm) because I've just discovered La Flor, but I'm already delighted. Was looking for a teacup at Goodwill in the same shopping center and that's the only reason I even saw La Flor. I'm a sucker for all the flavors at a paletería y nevería (popsicles and ice cream) because they tend to be different than most ice cream shops. And I hit the jackpot because they had rose petal chocolate ice cream. I'm currently obsessed with all things rose flavor and most often will get that with Indian sweets. So this was a very happy surprise. The consistency of the ice cream was slightly grainier than what we're used to...but in a good way. Somehow the texture was exactly what I needed to fully appreciate the rose flavor. The chocolate chunks were perfect. They were like when you swirl melted chocolate when making stracciatella gelato in order to create chocolate shards or flakes that are different, and frankly better, than a chocolate chip. A small cup was $4.25 and I found that incredibly fair because it filled the whole cup. Hubby got Reese's peanut butter cup in a small cup. So yes, you can get traditional ice cream flavors (but for me...why would you?). Soooo many flavors to try, including lots of interesting popsicle flavors. The woman helping us was wonderful, and the atmosphere was clean, colorful, and easy to navigate. You can be sure that I'll be back.

If you can't be bothered to review other businesses so I can see your perspective, then I don't trust you and your opinion. Okay...on to the review... They all have attitude and do everything half ass but still wanna charge full price. This is like the 3-4 time I've got something wrong with my order and tell them polite that it's missing a couple of the ingredients it literally shows on the menu. Yet once you tell them they say " oh... yeah I forgot" and start giving you more attitude like if it's my fault that they forgot to do it right the first time.

Tried coming at 9 and they close at 10 and front door was completely unlocked but when I walked in and waited for someone to help us they told me that they were closed an hour before their actual closing time.

The guy on the morning shift says that he closes at 9 and online at 10 pm I called to ask if he could serve me before 9 and he said that he had already mapped and that I had to come in and he would tell himI said but you close at 9, right? He said ok yesI can attend and when I arrived the floor was all dirty. I know you are tired but it is better to give someone the job instead.Need! Thank you

Best ice cream we’ve had in California! Unique flavors!

The young gentleman was very quiet and seemed reserved, everytime I tried asking a question he'd just ignore me and i was the only one in the store! I came last week before the time they closed and they had already closed! It was around 7pm and they closed at 10. Service was not good, will not be coming back . The store on plumas street was way better at acknowledging and better attitude when it came to ordering.

Very rich and its unique flavor ?

The lady with blue hair at the cashier was so rude! She was not willing to help at all, it seems that she just was in a hurry to finish her shift. Also the ice cream I had ( the canasta) doesn’t look like the one in the picture at all. I thought it will come with fruits but I just had 3 tiny apple pieces. So disappointed.

Probably the worst place I've ever ordered from. They have zero clue as to what they're making and if you order from any food services just know that you're not going to receive what they advertise online. Like at all. I've ordered multiple items from here and they've all been hot garbage. Every. Single. One. Fresas con Crema: how do you mess up strawberries and cream? It's the most basic thing in the world to make and yet somehow I ended up with sour strawberries in milk? Not cream, milk lol To top it off they'd added a lot of strawberry jelly? I'm guessing to give some sort of sweet strawberry flavor? Absolutely not. Esquite: It's corn. I mean, come on guys lol the corn was hard, tasted old and had about a full inch of cheese on top. Awesome. I just wish I could have that moment in my life back. Bionico: This is a staple snack in our culture and it's delicious. Just not from here. I can't tell you what I received but it wasn't a bionico. Mine was in a cup (they're traditionally served in bowls or to go plates) and it had a ton of chocolate & strawberry syrup with the same milky "cream" and sour strawberries. It was a liquid mess. Literally. When they handed it to me even their hands were dirty lol usually not a great sign. Bottom line, if you want good Mexican antojitos then just go find a vendor on the street. They're always on point and better priced.

So many different vary good flavors they all looked so delicious Today was my first day there and had three scoops, one avocado, one pink guava, and one cactus fruit in an edible bowl for only 7 bucks .You can’t beat that! Amazing little hole in the wall I’m so happy to have found this place I can’t wait to try all the flavors ❤️??
