They forgot my sourdough bread and I live in Linda but the reason I gave 5 stars is the employee who personally brought the sourdough to my house after she got off work with extra bread. That was super kind of her, no other problems since and been very happy with their meals and service.

I ordered a broccoli cheddar soup and I wanted my bread warmed up but I didn’t say anything to the employee (I 100% believe her name was Naomi) and she did it!! Her customer service was really good and it made me feel better after a long day :) I will be coming back!!

Love their chicken salad sandwich. Opted for the apple as a side and was not disappointed. Crispy and crunchy and sweet. I am always pleased when I treat myself to lunch at Panera!

Last time there, a small bug flew out of my salad as soon as I sat down with it, took it back up to the window, and the server wasn't as expected. She offered to make another one with a little hesitation. I said ok, don't know why, though. I'm sure it came out of the same container as the last. I'm not sure if we'll return. But I love their bread.

I had the bacon and avocado sandwich and they let me not have it with cheese, plus an apple on the side. I should have gotten a knife; I didn't realize they were going to give me a whole uncut apple. But a half sandwich and apple was perfect after having had a big breakfast. The chai was pretty good. Reasonable pricing and friendly staff.

thoroughly disappointed. ordered via door dash to discover a grand total of 2 pieces of chicken in my chicken baja bowl. if i wanted the veggie option i would have requested that. it’s upsetting that presentation and quality are left behind when the customer orders delivery because “what are they going to do about it?” i paid a ridiculous $16 for this bowl and it’s not what i ordered!
Someone took me here a few days ago. They served old/rotten chicken in the chicken and pepperoni sandwich. I am always having sanitary problems here. Just go to Sacramento for much cleaner and sanitary food.

You know for a place that charges so much for their food you would think they would hire more friendly, professional people... I'm waiting for my lunch and I hear this lady (asked someone her name.. I'm hard of hearing so it's Toga, Tova, or Tora something like that) just completely being so rude to the staff there... That makes me so angry when a person of higher power doesn't know how to conduct themselves in a professional manner!!! So no matter how good the food is if the environment is hostile and disgusting because of a single person's actions... It makes one not want to go there!!!

My $10 bread bowl came with less chili in it than the small cup of soup my daughter got, and was served in a cold loaf. When I went to go ask for another scoop because my bowl was not even halfway full of chili, the woman at the counter refused to give me any more saying it was proportioned... Panera do better.
