The customer service was great, just be aware the meats count as a topping! The atmosphere is AMAZING and the food is very convenient. It’s also a plus that the bathrooms are kept clean. I highly recommend.

I was so excited to finally try pieology, hearing that it was so good. We don’t have it in my hometown, so when I got to finally try it was sadly mistaken. The pizza was cold, watery and I asked for extra toppings and they did the same to my finance. I would hope to either get 2 new pizzas or my money back.

Went here in passing while on a long drive so I didn't know what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised. They put the pizza together the way subway puts it's sandwiches together for you. It allows you to fully customize your pizza from the dough down to the toppings. It's a nice experience. I'd definitely recommend it to pizza lovers.And the pizza was delicious!Vegetarian options: They have plenty of veggies and they even offer some plant based meat alternatives.

First time there and we had to wait well over an hour for our pizza.They had a lot of takeout going on and we were saved for after they got them sent out. There was one other family already eating and we were the only other table.We should have been offered a drink or salad for waiting so long.The young man that took our order was friendly and even joking a with us but after that no one even checked on us or gave us an update on our order. I would like to say we thought the pizza was really good but not sure we would go back again. But maybe we could give them a second chance in the future.

Delicious, fast, friendly and clean. What more could you ask for?Tried the hand streched crust this time and did not disappoint. Watched the worker grab fresh dough, stretch it by hand with cornmeal. A welcomed sight seeing how fresh it was. So many options here for toppings. I personally think ricotta belongs on all pizza, kinda an east coast thing but they have it here and it is fantastic. What separates thia place from most pizza places is the oven. Old school slide it in oven, and turn it ever so often...no boring conveyor belt oven here. Makes a big difference in quality. Close to a wood fired oven. Price is not overly inflated either. Oh and try the amazing garlic cheese bread! Great job Pielogy!

The pizza is hit or miss. Sometimes they burn it and sometimes it's undercooked. The ingredients are always fresh and I love the tandoori chicken

We ordered and had it delivered. All 4 pizzas were burnt, absolutely black. Half of 2 pizzas were soggy like they were dipped in water. I called the store and nobody answered. I filled out the questionnaire on line and received no response. We ended up throwing away 4 pizzas, $74 worth of pizza. Some employee actually looked at our pizzas, burnt and all and still sent it out thinking they had done a good job.
