So good! Where else can you get great curries to order fresh cooked? This is the only place for Indian food. And Tarnjit, the owner, is delightful.

This is not a review of this place.... It was for a restaurant that had to close due to the COVID thing. This place... I have had quite a few of their different foods. I helped make a menu for them when they first opened. If you are a person who likes Indian cooking... India Indian, you should like most of what they serve. Very nice people and very polite. Enjoy!

I ordered some food from there last night to take home, and it was incredible! I ordered butter chicken, samosas, and garlic naan. Everything was perfect and really good portion sizes for the price.The butter chicken had such amazing flavor, and the naan was the best I’ve ever had. The ladies there were very sweet. It’s a little desolate and sparse in the restaurant, so it’s a great place to take food to go or enjoy a quiet low key meal inside. I will take pictures next time, because I ate it too quickly last night :)

The best Indian food in town. Really reasonable pricing and hot freshly prepared food. I had an amazing curry, Saag paneer and other great dishes. We can’t wait to try more of the menu. Very friendly atmosphere.

I was at this restaurant around 1pm on a Tuesday. The place looked deserted. I was skeptic. An elderly lady came and spoke to me in Punjabi (me a South Indian) and I somehow managed to get a menu card. Ordered a Saag Panner and Tadka Dhal with tandoori roti and radish (muli) paratha. I was not too sure how it will come out. And boy, I was in for a surprise. The saag was superb. No cream. No unnecessary masalas. Just the right blend & tasted home made. The dha tadka (read as Dhal makani) was very yummy. No cream. No extra oil. The paratha was so huge and finger lickin good. The nice lady (Ms.Kaur) was kind enough to give me an extra ladoo (sweet) for dessert and did not charge either. The chef is an elederly gentleman and everyone was so down to earth. Very reasonable price & so (read as soul) filling food. And it did not hurt either. Can't wait to go in again. (I am from Atlanta. wish we had such good food here)

DUDE!! So pleased with my dinner. The owner was amazing and I felt like I was in her home and she was cooking my family dinner. Everything was delicious and she kept checking on us and feeding us bomb a** dishes. Thank you for treating us like family! Can't wait to come back next time Im in town.
it's not a restaurant. It's more of a store...you walk in, the coolers to the drinks etc are broken, not shut all the way...very warm drinks...you order food to eat there, they bring you dirty glass cups...everything I asked for they didn't have...only been here once, won't be coming back...very nice people though

If you want the BEST Indian food in Yuba city there is no doubt this is the place! It is family owned and you can tell that the cooking is family recipes!! Out of all the Indian food we have had nothing even holds a candle to this, truly a Jem on every aspect from the food to the lovely owner. Can't wait until the next time my tummy is hungry
