Two days in a row it has been at least a 30 minute wait in the drive up to get one cup of coffee. Starting at the order board till you drive off. This was at 6:30 AM with nobody going inside to order or pick up.Totally unacceptable service. It’s my fault for going back the second day, but I will not ever go back… I will drive to the Bogue Rd one and receive amazing service and a friendly atmosphere along with a coffee that is not messed up.Stabler Lane Starbucks is a Joke !!!

This crew works so hard to pump these coffees out. One 9/30/23 morning there was only 3 ladies working all stations so it took a little longer to get my order. HOWEVER, even with the short handed team, these ladies kept their cool, were super nice to everyone, and kicked butt. Way to go ladies, y'all are rockstars!!I always enjoy coming in because the drinks are made correctly, it's clean, and the staff is super welcoming. Just the crew i need to start my day!

Up until recently this is one of my favorite Starbucks but unfortunately they have add milk to my my soy Latte twice. Luckily I caught it the first time and they remade it for me. I didn't notice the label till I am home the 2nd time. Milk would have cause some serious stomach issues for me so this Important. I realize this is probably a training issue. Just be sure to check your order if you need a dairy free coffee. I am afraid to go back to this location. Fortunately there are other Starbucks close to me.

Ok thank you JAYDA and Cashier didn't get her name .. but I asked for 3 venti drinks the 3 were in point ... and I asked for mine with extra caramel drizzle and she did amazing it looked so delicious and I enjoyed my drink a lot thank you ... I usually go to the one by winco but this is my to go now . When I asked for extra extra caramel drizzle JAYDA understood the assignment lol thanks girls

Don't recommend this location at all! Whether they are busy or not, drinks are never right. Seems like they rather talk and gossip rather than actually putting in the effort to make the drinks correct.I got a grande Nitro Cold Brew for almost $6, and it wasnt even full, half of it was foam. I got another drink and noticed one of the barista shaking his head at it. How hard was it for him to add caramel on top, it's just one more step. Its plain laziness. It's infuriating because I'm paying for the drink, I should get what I paid for.

Was in drive thru today at 150 pm and I was giving my oder and heard a employee say owe my God like it was a problem telling them how I want my drink made I heard it thats not ok so I won't be back the guy that said name are Cater he did know I heard him loud and clear his mic was on bad Customer
