Tried to order online. They were having a special buy one foot long and get one free. I tried to order online and couldn't get it to work. Told them at the counter, but they wouldn't honor it. I paid anyway because I have a problem using all online. Got extra meat on our sandwich and still not enough meat. I should have gone to JJs, better bread.

The girls here that helped me seemed like they were nice. But they do not really pay attention to what they are doing. If your not monitoring your order, as I found out with my experience half way through... You will end up with items you didn't order. They never asked me what size 6 inch or foot long. They never asked me how many subs either. I was expecting to pay less than 25$ initially. Which would of been a sub, drink, and a cookie. But ended up with double the order. It was Christmas eve so I felt bad not knowing what to do. So I offered to pay for the rest of the order since they had already made it. I definitely regretted that decision afterwards, because it came to around 42 dollars for total cost. So, if you want your order done right, make sure to watch what they are doing. I'm guessing these girls just simply have no attention for detail or care for accuracy in a order. Just a PSA for future visitors.

Good as always except the workers talk to each other more than to me as I ordered. The other issue was I ordered the tuna, and the girl didn't fill the scooper all the way. She only filled the scooper 3/4, and she was skimpy on my vegetables as well. It made me feel like she was paying to stock

The food is always delicious, the atmosphere is always pleasant , I enjoy this place more cause of the quality of ingredients, they always make sure they have freshness in the food! I have had moments in past where they were overwhelmed, I feel like the Girls in there don't realize how much they are appreciated! Thank you for the awesome sandwiches !

I love subway, but this location is terrible. They're the only store that never participates in any of the commercial promos. The FLBOGO footlong buy 1 get 1 for $1 that's going on now and others in the past I've always tried to order and use the promos but never work cause this location doesn't accept them.The food itself can be ok tasting, but a lot of times, even when I'm the only person in there, they are really pushy and try to go way too fast making the sub. I've asked for extra sauce and they'll barely put any on and I'll have to ask like 3 times for more, I've asked for salt on the tomatoes and they'll shake the shaker 1 time on them like that did anything. I'll ask can you put a lot on them and they'll shake it twice and put it away before asking was that enough (which it wasn't since each shake gets like 2 flakes of salt to come out)This location is the worst 1 I've ever been to and I've been to lot of subways. Don't waste your time or money at this spot.

Had a craving for a sandwich and this Subway has always been my 'go to'. 3 employees (teen age boys) we're having fun and talking. They looked slightly annoyed to have to wait on me. I was asked if I wanted oil & vinegar on it. Sounded good so I said yes. I saw he put wayyy too much vinegar on so I asked if they could replace the vinegar soaked bread as I knew it would not taste good. At least not to my liking. (The person in line in back of me specifically asked for just a little after seeing how much was poured on mine.) I was really being nice when I asked so as not to provoke the server any more. He made another one (after making a face) and proceeded to charge me for both sandwiches! I should have left without a sandwich but I was hungry (and embarrassed) so I paid for both and threw away the wet one. Tsk, tsk. Definitely will not be back. Too many other choices out there, that are happy to have my business.

Hands down the best Subway experience I’ve had in 10 years. Friendly female workers, the whole place is clean as a whistle, and our sandwiches were made to perfection. 10/10 recommend. Might travel from Texas just to come back to this Subway location.

I don’t leave bad reviews as you can see from my past history l. Ordered a sandwich online had 4 missing things I called them back from work she told me I can come back which I did when I was off 4 hours later. And they literally went through the whole sandwich to make sure it was missing from what I said then told me they can only make me a half sandwich back even though I brought the footlong with a missing bite( that’s how I found out it was missing stuff) and on phone she promised a new one but before that told me jus to bring the original sandwich and they’ll add the stuff even though it would be 4 hours later. Really unsanitary for her to say that. Her name was Alicia. Please drive the extra 5 minutes and go to any subway but here. The customer service is horrible. And the owner does nothing about it just says sorry for your bad experience and I only know that because a few of my coworkers have had bad experiences.
