Well, I tried to avoid leaving negative remarks about this business, but, they took my money through THEIR OWN WEBSITE, didn’t have my order, refused to refund my money and after speaking to a manager still refuse to refund the money—he’s so professional he hung up on me. It’s $160–I’ll get over it—but I sure hope this warns at least one person from going there. Shady business, rude customer service, thieves.

It’s a nice place for small parties but the food quality is questionable. Found a broken spring in food served to guests that I assume was from the kitchen equipment. Told staff about it and they just nodded their head and said they would tell the kitchen. Their body language told me this isn’t the first time and that they could care less.
Went with a fairly large group. Everyone thought Indian food was good. Service was very poor. Steak I ordered was shoe leather. Sorry, won’t be recommending this restaurant to anyone.

Glad The Refuge reopened and really happy they have a wonderful selection of Indian food. We ordered four items but they only brought two of them as they misunderstood the whole order. Repeating it back to us or writing it down would probably eliminate this from happening. Despite this one little snag, they quickly put in the additional orders and apologized graciously. The food was delicious, the ambience extremely lovely and the service was charming. We're bringing friends next week and visiting family next month. Prices are very fair for the quality of food and service.

This has got to be one of the best dining experiences I've ever had. The quality of service was amazing and the food was the best I've ever had. It literally feels like fine dining inside and the wait staff is so personal and hands on with you that it makes you feel like your having a fine dining experience. Everything is beautiful down to the bowls they serve in. Our waiter was courteous, genuinely excited to show us the menu, went above and beyond. And the FOOD. Omg. The best I have ever had I cant believe this is in Yuba. Could easily be an expensive restaurant in Sacramento downtown. This is place you take people you want to impress. Cannot wait to come back
