I remember when they first opened, their quality in food was amazing. Now? Quality sucks. Wings dont taste the same, and when you get fries they dont full them up anymore. Now your tray gets half full, and half of the fries are the left over bottom pieces. So it feels like you are eating the bottom left over fries, on a big tray. They seriously have to change their management or they will slowly push their customers away. We started going to buffalo wings instead. Sad too cuz we remember the good old days. Also feels like every wingstop is the same. We went to woodland thinking maybe they care there. Nope, they are the same as yuba city location.

Worst place to eat in the world. Horrible service. Horrible disgusting place. I was in disbelief on how disgusting this place was. I don't recommend the fries. Soggy and gross. The chicken were OK.

My husband and I ordered dinner for the family tonight. The kids ordered a large order of plain fries (to go with what they were having from home). My husband ordered wings and a large lightly seasoned French fry. I ordered a large cheese fry lightly seasoned with their Cajun seasoning.We did not receive what we ordered. My husband's wings and my kids fries were perfect. My husband's fries had no seasoning at all. My cheese fries had no cheese and were barely seasoned at all.Quality control is atrocious. The order should have been checked before it was sealed into its bag. Instead I have an incomplete meal and the only thing the location would do is refund my fries.Increase in minimum wage should not mean a decrease in the quality of service.

Fries greasy and not fresh. When it’s fresh they are awesome. I called to have it remade. She said it took 30 minutes to get there. Order takes 25 to make; doesn’t explain the burnt out grease taste. Lousy customer service and not consistent with their food. Use to be much better.

If you’re ever out around 10:00PM - 11:00PM and think to yourself “mmm some fries sound good right now” do yourself a favor and do NOT go to wingstop. You’d think “yum wingstop sounds pretty good right now!!”just to end up getting some cold, soggy, horrendous fries. I’d expect a warm crispy fry out the bag like they promote on their ads but instead got a cold fry that bent into a U-shape when I picked it up, that alone told me there was a lack of effort and it was NOT cooked thoroughly. I am truly disappointed in the night shift kitchen team because this has not only happened to me once, but twice!!! The only reason I’m giving the food a 3 Star raring is because the wings are fairly good.

Frustrated. They gave me someone else's order and I should have checked before driving a round trip of 34 miles to take it back. They had my buy my order again because I forgot the fries at home. I called before on my way back and the person who answered said they will see what can be done. I wish they would have told me to make sure to have the order before driving back.
