Use to be the best. Must be under new management. Prices up quality down. The last 5 times I've been there they can't even get my order correct, get home wrong food or missing food or made poorly or incorrectly. At least there's one in Redlands.

The computer taking the order has to go!!! Since the employees can't hear the order being taken they cannot start the food until the computer tells them what to make, and when I was there it took the computer 3 minutes AFTER we pulled up to the second window to finally spit out our order. The computer not only got half the order wrong, but it slowed the entire process down by at least 5 minutes.I've been coming to this location since it opened, and never had a less that 5 star experience until they started using a computer to take the place of an actual human. The only reason I scored my experience as high as I did, is because every team member stepped it up to compensate for how messed up an experience the computer made things from the very beginning.To the owners: if you don't go back to an entirely human staff, you are going to drive away every one of your customers. And we won't come back

This is the slowest fast food Carl's Jr around.. Been in drive thru for 13 minutes for a double western burger. Two cars in front of me.. Then I get to window and order wasn't even my order and they wanted to park me.. grrrrrr

This Carl's sucks. Sad the dining area is practically just for looks. There's only one person taking orders for drive thru. Rude and slow. Back in the day Carl's would hire special needs employees and they were friendly and would take the food to your table and clear the table after eating.

The slowest drove through always and not very pleasant employees. I usually avoid Carls because of this. Over 20 minutes to get chicken stars for my daughter. Ridiculous! Especially since only one car was ahead of us. Empty drive though and way too long to wait with a drive through you can’t get out
