This location has been by far the worst I’ve ever been too! They aren’t friendly, always forgetting something whether it’s part of my order or straws . My daughter has been sick after eating their fruit BTW. Idk about this location…fries are always soggy too….i don’t recommend this location !

Great service, good food, huge location with a huge drive thru. Feels like I'm waiting in line for a roller coaster at six flags when I drive up to order. And like all Chick-fil-A locations the staff is super friendly and helpful.

First time having a meal there, I enjoyed the spicy chicken sandwich with green lettuce, pepper jack cheese and mayo and the waffle fries.
The young man taking my order at the drive-thru did not seem either knowledgeable about what items Chick-fil-A served, or was a little exhausted that evening. My order was completely wrong, even after my wife and I tried to assist the young man several times in getting the correct order. I ended up having to park and go inside to get our order correct. Food and the rest of the Chick-fil-A Team was great though.
I love this restaurant.! It is always clean, the service is good, the employees are kind and happy to help. If there is any problem they solve it fast and nicely.

First time at the Yucaipa location and while I appreciate the two drive thru lanes getting stuck in the slower moving of the two was unfortunate, as the people in the other lane seemed to know what they wanted to order so the other lane moved tremendously quicker (by at least five cars). My suggestion would be to have the menu posted sooner in the drive thru so customers can look & decide their order before they reach the staff standing outside. Otherwise the drive thru (once merged into one lane) moved fairly quickly, service was good, and always enjoy their food.

Chicken strips for extremely burnt we only could eat one and a half of them didn't feel like complaining because we were with family and Didn't want to ruin the vibe with it I mean it was obvious that chicken strips were dark dark dark dark dark dark dark dark dark dark black almost Come on guys don't serve them if you know they're over fried I was going to ask for a different order I was at the group of teenagers how embarrassing mom we just won't eat them LOL

Management should reevaluate who they have taking orders. My orders have been wrong x3 where I've had to go in multiple times from the drive thru to get my order replaced.

I'm so glad one business puts God over profits. And the food!!Did you try a wrap, or a sandwich or nuggets? Nuggets of flavor and protein in a small bite?Children love the play area and the fun atmosphere, parents and families appreciate the clean room to eat in.I do not sauce my food, but some do. I'm saucy enough .Parking: It's the country! So there's a lot of free parking!
