Our order failed to go through online but the guy at the counter BLASTED it out. I swear we had bigger portions than we've ever had. If I lived in that city I would go to this Chipotle every time. The food tasted fantastic and we got it in a timely manner. We had 6 meals to order and the line handled it like champions. They seemed like a good team as well with cooks checking frequently to see what was going to need worked on soon. Not the worst Chipotle but not the best either. Some reason it takes for ever to get your food compared to other location. But the staff is friendly and helpful, just a little slow or not enough employee. It's probably the later and it's managements fault and not the workers.

Ordered thru mobile app for pick up. Asked for bowl with extra rice and extra beans and extra veggies, with steak. I received an entire bowl full of rice! No extra beans or extra veggies just smaller portions of each including steak. Will not be returning.

Made an online order yesterday. Double rice, double beans- steak bowl. When we got our bowls home, it was packed to the top and i was surprised. But when i started eating, i realized that the entire bowl, like 75% of it was just rice. It looked full because it was all white rice! The rest of the toppings were totally skimped. It's just ridiculous. The workers need to be more conscious of proportions. Who wants to eat a bowl of white rice with barely any meat or veggies? It makes no sense. Do better.

Absolutely disgusted and appalled by this restaurant and their management. Today I placed an order online and when I went to pick up 1st thing was order was not ready, I had to wait until the “manager” Rafael prepared it. While he was preparing my food and my kids food he decides to get his phone from his back pocket (using the gloves he is using to prepare my meal) then puts it right back and continues to work on our food. He contaminated everyone’s food today. Ecoli and other illnesses are real. I canceled my order but not before telling him what was wrong, he brushed it off, no apology and did not feel the need to explain himself. He said to call the 800 number to get my refund. I can see now why I always get food poisoning when I come here and I always try to give them the benefit of the doubt but the fact that he is part of the leadership team and is okay with preparing food this way just tells you that they don’t hold any good standards in their restaurant. Be careful eating here, I am not the only one who’s gotten sick here. I will also be reporting to the health department.

As usual for chipotle we had to ask them to give us more of everything. They try to serve less than what the recipe calls for, even lettuce for a meat only salad. Then they were out of salad dressing. Really?!

I don't understand how this location is constantly out of vinaigrette. Lunch, dinner, non rush hours, it doesn't matter. There's always a 50/50 chance that they'll be out of salad dressing. This is the only chipotle where this is a common occurrence.

Been looking forward to this location, but, it's a total disappointment! Dining area was disgusting, food was cold, etc. Let server know, he said, "sorry about that." Guess this is the direction a lot of restaurants are going. Such a bummer!

They must have changed manager. Today was great. Portion sizes were good. Employees were pleasant. Restaurant was clean. They earned 5 star today.

DISGUSTING!! Calling the health inspector! Floor rags used on the counter by employees who then touch your food without washing their hands. Chefs chewing finger tips off gloves and spitting them out while laying across the tables food sits on. Unsanitary! Immediately got sick after eating. My food is always cold! There's a guy who wears sunglasses inside for no reason, he's rude as hell! Not a good staff! Some are friendly but very unsanitary! Never again!

The food was okay. It was pretty close to closing time so I get it not being super fresh. A few things caught my attention that were disgusting. There was a girl cleaning the tables with the same towel she used to clean the floor. After she was done cleaning she threw it across the restaurant towards the cash register, it landed on the floor then she went and picked it up and set it right where they put the food as you are paying. Someone definitely needs to see to it that there is better training provided to the employees. One of the cooks was standing by the stoves leaning on a counter where they prep food chewing on his sterile glove then spitting the pieces out onto the counter. I probably won’t be going back to this location. I’m glad I wasn’t able to order on this mobile app this time, I would have never known the disgusting manner that food was being handle by the employees in. ?
