Food is good! (Just avoid the nachos unless you enjoy baseball stadium artificial cheese sauce) It just gets my goat that about 20% of the time in the drive-thru something is missing from my order, and i can't prove it because they don't always give me a receipt. From now on i'll specifically ask for a receipt, and take apart and check the food in the parking lot before heading off, even inside the combo plate boxes. Specify two-item, three-item all you want, the number you get is a crap-shoot. i wouldn't bother coming back if my mom didn't insist on having tamales on weekends.

Placed an order December 1st , 2023 via drive through. No longer live in the area but will drive down when my fiancé has to swing by Yucaipa for school. The order placed 12/01/2023 was a chicken taco salad no lettuce, a side of salsa and a combo burrito. The chicken taco salad came with no chips? And the combo burrito only had ground beef and cheese. I live about 20ish minutes away and did not notice mistakes until I was home. I called same day and was immediately told I could come back another day for remake(I explained the not living in Yucaipa situation and was told no problem). I called today 01/31/2024, asked about remake, considering semester has started again for school (needed to make trip down to Yucaipa)and was told I had only up to two weeks to claim remake and nothing can be done now. I wish I knew this information back in December, I would have took the drive back because this food was expensive!

I've been to this location 3 times so far and each time the food was delicious. Today I got a two item plate, shredded beef tamale (masa was soft and it was served in sauce) and shredded beef enchilada. They both had lots of beef, was tender, tasted great and the food was all hot in temperature. The service was great, friendly and efficient. The dining area is spacious, kept nice and clean, there are booths, regular tables and high tables in the back.

I've been a long-time customer of the Redlands site.Tried this one in Yucaipa, and it was better than I remembered. I'll be a regular here now.
I ordered a veggie taco salad with no sour cream and no rice and was surprised to see that it came with shredded cheese instead of nacho cheese this time!! Have they completely gotten rid of nacho cheese sauce or just taken it off this particular menu item? Curious what others have experienced lately. Asking because my kids love the nacho cheese sauce, lol! Either way, my food was fantastic today per usual. I LOVE that they have many vegetarian options. Yum!!

Arrived at 630pm. Lights in lobby and kitchen on but the sign is dark. Went to window no one around. When I start to leave guy shows up to window and talks so low you can hear him. Took order and got food promptly. Got home and not what I ordered. Meat was COLD and chips were an oily mess and they charged premium!

I've been going to Cucus since she opened her 1st restaurant in Redlands, sadly Yucaipa just hasn't kept up the same quality of food and the prices have literally doubled. I find myself disappointed every time I rat there now. Their tostadas are the only thing I know will be consistently
