Went there Sunday morning for a brunch with my brother and the service was like we were interrupting their day. the server elba seemed as if we were bugging her- the horchata looked watery and very brown and when we asked the waitress to switch our drinks out, she gave attitude... we had to ask another waiter for water refills and napkins after getting our food. additionally , We asked for ketchup and they gave us expired ketchup?? overall she was rude and not attentive to any of our needs, and it was odd how they were playing Michael Jackson music IN a Mexican restaurant? when we asked if she could change it she said no. We will not be coming back for the service, and for the expired ketchup no one else knows what else they have expired back there
The food and service is amazing every time we go to Del Mar! The quesabirria tacos are my favorite, omg so good!! As well as the chorizo bean dip. And our server Dusty was amazing tonight too! She was so sweet, and on top of everything. We will definitely be

We have been to the Del Mar Grill before, this day I ordered the tilapia. I thoroughly enjoyed it, this was my first mojarro I have ever ordered and I am definitely going back for more. My mom had the soft potato tacos, she can't eat cilantro because it tastes like soap. The waitress mentioned this to the cook and he put sliced avocado in place of the guacamole, that was such a nice touch. We are looking forward to going back and enjoying more items.

Dusty was our server, she was on point! Friendly and attentive! We ordered frijoles con chorizo which had nice flavors, but could have had a tad more chorizo in my opinion, pozole rojo, and quesabirria tacos. Everything was muy sabroso (tasty). Quesabirria and consommé chef's kiss! The pozole rojo was well seasoned with some spicy heat! We will be back for sure!
