Absolutely the worst. The sandwiches are NOT even close to looking like what they display in their TV ads. 100% FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!! I can't believe I will say this, Subway is better and that isn't saying much. This place is WAY OVERRATED and OVERPRICED for what they serve. BTW, your service SUCKS!!!!!

Good food on the expensive side but word of warning don't place an app order I placed one at 605 pm pick up at 620 got there at 622 they haven't even started it then got the sandwich finally at 634 I'm sorry but 30 mins to make a cold sub is

A complete FAIL. I ordered the club but it has no beef. I asked for provolone instead of swiss and got that. The bread was so HARD I had to cut bite slices to eat it, the sandwich tasted like a vinegar sandwich with a dash of ham. It was nasty. I fed the other half to my dogs who did not seem to mind. Got a gift card for Christmas but I can say I WON'T BE BACK. No flavors except vinegar and ham. Not appetizing at all

Visited this business for a sandwich this morning. I'm eyeballing the condiments while they're slicing meat and cheese and noticed the lettuce is a bit brown and towards the bottom of the bin, and this is at 10:40 am! I mentioned this to the girl and asked for some fresh lettuce. She looks at me like I'm nuts and continues to pile this wilted brown lettuce on there anyway. I'm like "for $18 you can't use fresh lettuce?" Still no comment like there must be a language barrier? Good grief. If you're gonna demand the highest prices for the freshest ingredients you're gonna need to step up your game.

I have had two completely incorrect orders at this location and every time the staff has a major chip on their shoulders about being called out on their inability to be able to read simple instructions on how to make a sandwich and put the correct toppings on it. I don't understand how the quality of service has gone downhill so much since Covid, but it is absolutely and utterly frustrating when prices have gone up due to inflation. So now we're supposed to pay more but still, we're supposed to expect unsatisfactory, customer service, and the sandwich makers to behave as if somehow I am in the wrong when they can't follow simple instructions.
Italian Sub is delicious!!! Turkey is great too. Wish they had beer, or better yet, some Mango Shotta!

I would give a zero I I could. Please avoid this location if you are brown. I stood in there to order without being serviced or acknowledged. I asked the cashier for assistance and he told me to order at the other side of the counter. I stood there another 5 minutes without any acknowledgment, so I left. I'm going to warn my family and friends not to go to Jersey Mike's if this is the practice.
