You guys are supposed to be open at 5 am, Try to go there at 5:30 before work and you’re not opened. There is cones blocking the drive-through and employees smoking cigarettes sitting in their cars. Really sucks for the working man knowing that you guys get paid minimum wage is 20 bucks an hour, but our helpers out in the field start at 16, and you guys can’t even make breakfast.

So my wife went last night to grab a couple burgers, just because she was tired and on her way home. She stopped at McDonald's in Yucaipa. She got a couple double cheese burgers, when she got home she showed me the 1st one she opened one patty was like medium raw, the 2nd patty was completely pink. These McDonald's burger microwavers want $20.00 an hr. Maybe do your job w/o screwing up EVERy single order. Then she calls the store and the clown that answered the phone says we prefer to deal with problems in store. My wife asked for a corporate #, McDonald's is not meant to be a career, unless you're management. It's a job to learn how not to screw up food. This is ridiculous. IM COPYING AND PASTING THIS EVERY where. And this will be reported to corporate we do have photos,

By far the worst McDonald's I have ever been to in my life... We ordered inside and it took over 25 minutes to get our order, and then once it was ready it sat there for a few minutes so I went up and asked to it. The people working here are all super slow. The girl taking orders kept dropping people's change and asking the ramen questions over and over like for here or to go and repeating there orders 5 or 6 times because she kept messing it up. It was kind of entertaining to watch, several people made comments saying that this McDonald's is always like that. It was our first time.
Waited 15 min in drive-thru and line did not move. Asked the girl that brought an order out to a car, ‘can you send the manager out, this line has been stopped & Im stuck between 2 cars’. She said no & gave me a dirty look. I called about 6 times, but nobody answered the phone from inside. Ppl slowly got out of line & I went to Carls Jr. This is not the 1st time this McDonalds was horrible.

If you plan on sitting in the playground area of this mcdonald's, and there's that one screaming kid, the sound echoes so badly in that glass room that you will suffer from MENTAL MADNESS ?Otherwise, a nice place to eat (if you enjoy horsemeat ?)On another note, if you're in a hurry this is not the place to go, the drive-thru is slow as a slug and the walk in option offers only sloth speed service ?Kid-friendliness: The kids loved it and it's quite a fun playground with lots of slides and cubbies.Wheelchair accessibility: Every door and aisle are accessible for wheelchairs and some tables are accommodating for 2? ?
