They need to take down their Doordash profile if they are closed. I placed an order, and it let me, and some poor Doordasher drove all the way over there to find out that they are closed right now.

Absolutely love this place! My favorite dish is their spin on the fish & chips! The portion size is amazing for the price and its absolutely delicious. Ive also had the fish tacos and was not disappointed! The only reason I toook off one star is because this place is just simply never. Open. Ive checked the last 3 days because ive been craving their amazing food and they've been closed every day :( im not sure whats going on. Its not going to prevent me from coming back but ive just been super disappointed! Anyways. Go here when they are open. You'll be happy you did!!!

Hands down best fish taco! Super yummy! First time order, and we will do it again. We have been looking for a fish taco locally, and haven't found it, driving out to Carlsbad to out favorite spot! But we now have a local favorite and now part of our top 3 fish taco place!!!

I love this place!! So far in our visits, (yes, more then one! That's how good the food is!) we have gotten the fish tacos combo plate, carne asada fries, chicken soft taco plate, surf n turf burrito and they have all been delicious!!! The customer service is amazing and they really look out for their customers. My daughter is on a special diet right now, and can't have cheese. They always make sure that she has no cheese on her tacos or beans. They are truly top notch there and you won't be disappointed by anything you order! I hope they stay in town forever and continue to grow!

Great new mom and pop place in town, been there several times and always top notch. Love the food, great flavor, veggies are amazing. I wish you could add them to the mobile menu as a side so I can get them instead of the fries...ok so in addition to the fries, who are we kidding. The couple that runs the place is super friendly and takes great pride in their food. I would recommend the tacos, build your own is awesome. We always get the buffalo fries...amazing!!

Food is very tasty for fast food... my family loves the shredded beef tacos they are great .. also the chorizo burritos are yummy. Chicken enchiladas are in a mole type sauce which I love ..Generous portions for the price. we started going about a month ago and crave it often! Definitely recommend we used to be Arteagas ppl now prefer Mikey's hope they stay in business :)

Came on a friends recommendation for their tacos but I couldn't resist ordering surf n turf fries. They were so delicious! Everything from the cheese sauce, carne asada and shrimp was mouth watering. Small was a good portion for two people. Went back that night for another order because my kids begged me. Will definitely be back to try more food.
Wanted to give this new local venue a try. Its knucked in the corner of the plaza by the 99 cent store. I ordered the surf and turf fries. Its $10 and it only had 3 shrimp in the entire order. Its pretty small compared to a carne asada fry that you can get at a place like Alberto's (normally can barely finish a order from Alberto's). The food was good but you're definitely not getting your money's worth with the small size (will not fill you up) and the lack of shrimp for the surf and turf.

We ate at Mikey's for the first time yesterday and omg the food is amazing! The quality and flavor is top notch. We are new to the area and were actively looking for a great Mexican food restaurant that had seafood since we are pescatarians. All I can say is Mikey's food is ligit and his chipotle and hot sauces are the best and their homemade. It's not the generic stuff a lot of fast food and restaurants use. Also Mikey's wife and daughter delivered great customer service, the restaurant was clean and inviting. They will be our new go-to Mexican food spot!

My boyfriend and I tried this place for the first time today and..WOW! The food is absolutely delicious! We got the surf and turf fries, surf and turf burrito, and the ceviche. The serving sizes are huge and the flavors are amazing! Also love that eating here is supporting a local business! Staff and owners are also very nice! Will definitely be coming back and recommending to my family and friends!!
