My husband and I order from here all the time. We chose them over a place way close to us. I pay $12 for delivery on a $18 order ($30 total for $18 order). Yet tonight I get a bowl about 40 percent of broth. The amount of noodles looks like they're for a 2 yr old. That lid is usually full. The bottom of the lid isn't even covered. I asked for extra onions, cilantro, and white onion. As you can tell I got hardly any at all. Normally when you put everything in the container together it's about to over flow. I added extra items of my own and you can tell it's maybe 75% full after everything they gave me and more that I had. TRULY SAD AND DISAPPOINTED!!!! May have to evaluate ordering from there again.

Amazing pho in Yucaipa! Great service, and the ambiance is spectacular. Would recommend coming here if you're in the area, hands down best pho !

This feels like a "hole-in-the-wall" family owned place, which is usually where you get the best Pho. I had the Pho Filet Mignon. They gave plenty of sprouts, Thai basil, and four jalapeño slices. I loaded it up with Sriracha and Hoisin sauce, and voila... I almost ate the entire bowl. I was so full! It was really good. I'll definitely visit again while I'm still in the area. The couple working the front were super sweet and prompt, so that type of services is a plus! Definitely give Ocean Pho a shot if you are craving Vietnamese food. I'm just happy that I found Pho in Yucaipa, of all places

First time eating here and will definitely be back. Everything was delicious! The beef sandwich here has been the best we've had out of all the Pho restaurants that we've been to and the broth in the Pho was also! Definitely hit the spot! We also tried the egg rolls and spring rolls and enjoyed them as well

Horrible service. I google what time this place opens and google says 930am. I get there and the door is open so I go in to order. I stand there for about 5 mins until a lady comes in the door rudly asking me what I want. I said I'm here to order and no one has helped me yet. She keeps telling me they arent here yet? Who is they and why is your door open??? Then proceeds to tell me they don't open until 10. Then why in the hell is your door open? So as I walk out I see in big large font on the door that they open at 930 so I tell her they should change the time on the door and as I'm telling her she is yelling at me that they arent there yet (I'm still trying to figure out who is they) as the guy in the kitchen is just coughing everywhere not even worried to cover hes mouth. Wear a face mask. Who is they and who asked for a side of covid/etc in their food and why is the door open? They have lost my service as of today.

I am here now I asked for extra hot sauce and the guy is trying to charge me $2 for a tiny little hot sauce container because everything is gone up . I agree things have gone up but $2 to add hot sauce to the meal u just paid for it's ridiculous. So I give it a 1 start for charging for condiments

First time at this restaurant. I had the beef soup and my wife had a veggie dish. Large portions and very tasty. Staff was also very friendly. I recommend this place for Pho and we will be back.

I always get the beef pho, bbq chicken sandwich and the fried rice and I am never disappointed! The food is always fresh, delicious and well priced. Never had bad customer service since the staff is always friendly.They have a large menu so there is something for everyone and it's all made fresh so nothing is old. All around a great spot to either dine-in or take out. It's a great spot and you definitely won't be disappointed!
