In my opinion Julie (Manager today at 1130 04/03/2025) does not exhibit good leadership traits and has poor service! I put an order online that was supposed to be ready at 1135- but was told I had to eait an additional 15 minutes. I asked to speak with a manager, and Julie refused to speak with me. I wanted to cancel my order, but Julie delegated her tasks as a manager to provide costumer service to another worker. She was rude and unprofessional. The worst example as a leader for ther employees to follow. I will never go back to that location. I advise to never order online. Walk ins will take priority at this location.

Customer service is horrible. These idiots got my order wrong twice. The first time they didn’t even give me chow mein, just orange chicken and beef broccoli. They left the whole space for rice/chow mein with nothing. The second time which is just now, they got my order wrong on both plates. I just moved here and this was my service here. Absolutely awful, learn how to do your job.

They take forever. They hire only high schoolers that don't care about service speed just the worst panda possible three times I've been there every single time. My food is late. They're missing stuff every single time. And the food portions here are way smaller than any other regular

came through the other day to get a to-go order before a road trip and was helped by a young girl named kittiara and she was EXTREMELY rude. had a terrible attitude while I was ordering and even muttered "pig" under her breath at one point. won't be going back here ever again!!
