Put in a big order the other weekend, and they truly delivered! I even called and asked if they could do it earlier than I first said and they had it ready no problems at all. The store seems a little understaffed but they still get it done. The pizzas and snacks were on point as well!

They made the best pizza that I’ve had in a long time I asked for extra sauce, and it was perfect. Not to mention the customer service was great, and when I got home, the pizza was so fresh and delicious. The coolest thing is, they introduced me to the calzone knots And ricotta cheese, bell peppers in pepperoni and sausage and it was delicious and for the price I was so surprised that you got so much for five dollars.

This is my 6th order from this Papa John's. Everything was fine until this one I made tonight. I got my pizza all messed up!!!! It looks like they or the delivery driver literally smashed it!!! Or dropped it and didn't care! I called her to let her know and she straight up lied saying she checked it and everything was fine!! I was watching her from my door. She didn't check it!!! Wish I could post a picture of both of my pizzas!! This delivery driver needs to be fired!!

Both times I have come recently something has been messed up in my order causing me to wait the whole time for them to remake the order. Both times I have watched the other items in my order sit on the shelves for at least the 15 minutes I was there. There have not offered me anything in compensation or even to remake the food that has been sitting waiting. The staff doesn't seem like they really care.

Ok, I know times are tough but come on!!! We decided we would get papa John for dinner. My wife got a Papadia which she loved which is why they didn't get 1 star. My pizza was SO THIN there were holes in it!! There looked like there was 1 spot that was only topping no dough! I usually love it here bit bot tonight. Might have to try some other places around town next time!! Zoom in on the pictures!! SMH

Ordered a couple of pizzas medium costs like $18 small costs like $9 told them if you're supposed to be then crunchy they gave me hand Tosh but there's nothing they can do about it they say I don't recommend this place

just received our thin crust supposedly supreme pineapple pizza large it was not very large. The Canadian bacon was minimal there was it was very minimal on the piece at all $30. Crazy sorry no more ordering from Papa John's..
Decided to give Papa Johns one more chance, as they have gone downhill. The Yucaipa store reaffirmed how bad they are. Barely any cheese, toppings were a joke. They put one pepperoni per slice and messed up putting sausage on the whole pizza instead of the half that I ordered. The flavor was bland and barely any sauce too. Simply awful, will never go back!

Papa Johns other locations are usually great, this one is not. Very rude employees that seem incredibly high, sloppy food. Also, they open every garlic sauce just slightly, so that when you shake it you sling out sauce. It’s a shame because it’s so close to my house. Guess I’ll go back to Dominos.

I gave Papa Johns 3 stars because their pizza is good! I had to take away 2 because I ordered a pizza last night at 643pm. It was dropped off at 725pm, left on the floor of my doorstep with No knock, or ring of the door bell!When I looked at my watch at 736pm, and realized where are they at!!?? I opened my front door I noticed my pizza sitting there, when I went back to look at my ring camera... it was sitting there for 11 mins in the cold!!! Not cool!!!
