Rudy is just flat out amazing. We’ve been following him since a previous job. The food at Rebel is top notch and phenomenal, and what sets them apart from the rest of the restaurants in the area is 100% their customers service. They’re 100% one of a kind, making every customer feel special and unique. Our other favorite servers/bar tenders are Ryan (female) and Kendall (male) you won’t be disappointed if you request them as a server. Forgive me spelling on the names is I butchered them.

First the good. Servers were friendly. Food was good with a "but".Now to the bad. The restaurant is located on Yucaipa Blvd and they have garage doors that open to the open air which in theory is great but traffic loud cars & loud motorcycles constantly drive by and it is extremely loud. The restaurant itself is also very loud so just attempting to have a normal conversation across the table is very difficult. With the garage doors being open Yucaipa has a fly problem, and there were hundreds of flys swarming in the middle of restaurant which wasn't entirely appetizing. They have a kids play area in a separate portion of the restaurant and it's an empty room that opens up into the restaurant with play things and the screaming of the kids and slamming of the toys reverberates into the restaurant adding to the noise pollution of the facility. The burger is basic (have to ask for lettuce tomato or pickle or any other condiment). They add a special sauce which is very pungent and they doused it on top and on the bottom, so much so that you lose the favor of the burger, You end up just tasting the special sauce not to mention that for this basic burger you will pay over $17(other flavored burgers it's even higher nearing $20). They didn't have enough servers to handle the amount of patrons so we waited to get drinks, to order, to get refills and to check out. I would give it another try, because I would love to have a good burger place up here but we'll see if next time things have improved

Never coming to this place again worst customer service ever!! Been here for about an hour and we barely got our food! We meant it to our waiter and he said oh I forgot to put in your order! Like how can u forget ?? Never coming here again

The food and atmosphere was great for brunch. Loved the music. We will definitely be back for lunch/dinner. We came here because my daughter and son in law live close. Yucaipa Blvd is a fun place to hang out. I had the chicken and waffles with mango habanero sauce and bacon bits scattered on the plate. My hubby had the OG burger with onion rings. He ordered a single but the OG usually comes with a double Wagyu patty. Daughter had rancheros hitch had a crunchy tortilla like a tostada. I was impressed since the tortilla is usually stale and unimpressive. Son in law had the Hangover burger and it was also yummy. The hash browns could be crispier. We also had a cinnamon roll to share. We finished with a Bloody Mary with great spice and they had a great selection of beer on tap including a stout.

Their regular menu looks like there are a lot of options for non meat eaters. Not the brunch menu, though. First time here. Now we know. Chicken wings came out cold, the other dish we ordered was fantastic. Then, when it came to pay? I don't know what happened, but 20 minutes later we are still waiting for our debit card to be ran. When asked, they said the WiFi was down. So we are captive here waiting until they figure it out. Remember those manual card machines that went "whamp" "whamp" when you were processing the card? Yeah, they need that here. Disappointed.

TLDR: Understaffed, Pricey, Small Portions, Long Wait.Came to try the place out for the first time. Top down, not a particularly good experience. The ambience is the saving grace of the place. Everything else was Eh and very pricey with not much payoff. We tried their burgers, which were about as thin as a McDonalds patty and the flavor was mid. While the servers were very friendly and gracious, they were ridiculously short staffed for a Sunday evening along with only one bartender for the whole place. We sat around with empty glasses a majority of the night because the servers were so overloaded that they couldn't check on people. Management needs to properly staff their restaurant. To top it off, we had to cancel our last drink order as we had ordered, received our food, and ate our food before our last order of drinks arrived. We then waited once again to pay. Overall, over hyped and not very enjoyable. Will not be coming back anytime soon.

The food was delicious... cool vibe inside. Our server Trish was fantastic, bubbly and efficient. Lots of TVs for sports, cornhole area indoors in the back, roll up garage type front area... very cool. We will be back for sure.
