Went here for the first time today. My first impressions were with the staff - who were all super super friendly! I thought, "if the food is as great as the people, I'll have a new favorite place!" Brought the food home and it was as delightful as hoped for! Highly Recommend! Oh and the portion size was huge! I have a full meal for another day.

I have been wanting to try Thai Express for a while, as it's the closest Thai food around me, and they did not disappoint! I ordered over the phone and it was ready for pick up in about 15 minutes. The food was outstanding. Reminded me of where my family use to eat many years ago! We tried Tom Ka Kai, sweet and sour pork, Chicken Pad see ewe and butterfly shrimp appetizer. Every item was delicious, great portions and reasonably priced. And the staff that were there when I picked up were very welcoming and friendly! We will definitely be returning!

Have been here 3 times. The first 2 times were great. The guy who helped me was really friendly and he told me that they give a free order of egg rolls with the purchase if 4 meals. Went back yesterday and had a different experience. I called the order in and the woman who answered said the free egg rolls was a thanksgiving special. Um ok, neither of the other times we went were around thanksgiving but ok. Went in to pick up my food. The same woman gave me my order. She didn't smile and had very little to no personality. I took my bag out to the car and realized there was no steamed rice. I went back in and dealt with a guy, who I assume is the owner. He asked the girl if she had given me steamed rice and she just said no. No apology or explanation. The guy was very apologetic and friendly so I'm hoping he sees this because customer service is really important to me. By the way, the food is great. My young son would eat an entire container of the orange chicken if I let him and the lumpia is really tasty.

This is the best Thai food in town by far. We always get the Tom kha soup and the cream cheese rangoons, and they're Always flavorful and delicious. We have yet to order anything we dislike. The staff is also super friendly and always so quick with the service. They have always been wonderful at accommodating substitutions and add ons when we've requested as well. We absolutely love this place and will continue to order from here.
