Went to try the trailer bird which is inside Dickeys BBQ.Waited 50 minutes for my order which I made online. You can only order trailer bird online. Not in the actual restaurant. Which is weird. Ordered three chicken tenders. They were not edible. Burned but cold in the middle. Not sure how that happens. The chicken sandwich was cold. The bun was soggy I assume from waiting so long for the order to be done. I got 2 orders of fries which was put in one box. I told them that I was missing a fry and was told the one box was both orders of fries. All of this for 45 bucks. We were only able to eat the fries. The rest was thrown away. Won't be returning.

Awesome service! I come back for the ribs. SO YUMMY! The baked potato is also amazing. Kaya is the best and so nice. It's also so clean in here.

Great customer service, the lady taking our order helped us with all out of questions we had. Food came out quickly and nice and hot. They have many options of BBQ sauce you get on the side with your sandwich. I got the sweet and it was just the right amount of sweet.

After living in Yucaipa for a year, I am just barely getting around to eating at this Dickey's location! I can't speak on the experience under previous ownership, but my experience was pleasant. The staff welcomed me in and was patient with me as I tried to read the menu and keep my 17 month old from throwing his socks all over the place. I settled with the 3-item plate and got brisket, pulled pork, jalapenjo cheddar kielbasa and sides of mac n cheese and baked potato casserole.The roll was buttery, pulled pork was porky, brisket was barky, kielbasa was spicy and cheesy, mac n cheese was cheesy and the potato was loaded! And don't forget the free soft serve!

All new staff, clean, free ice cream too! Fresh and delicious! I would highly recommend giving this place a second chance if you ever ordered with the previous owners! Quick ordering and service!

Came here with my friend last month. The place was clean, great ambiance. Average bbq, a bit pricey for me. The lady at the counter was really nice though. They have a free ice cream cone, which was nice of them. Parking - lots of parking Restroom - a bit dark but clean.
