Very pricey for the food we received.Vegetarian options: I'm sure you can have more options, however there are mostly meat subs. The veggie sub is very good.

"Where's the beef?" Comes to mind. I will say it tasted great but it was supposed to be a roast beef sandwich. 1very rhin slice of roast beef. 3 bites without meat and it was a half of sandwich

I almost never post a review of anything, but my experience today with this Firehouse Sub was so awful I felt I had to warn others. I was in the front of the line when I ordered three standard sandwiches. It took 26 minutes before I was walking out the door!Upon returning to my home, it was clear these sandwiches were made incorrectly during those 26 minutes of what I thought were painstaking efforts to make the world's greatest sandwiches.I now feel as if I must have been part of the taping of a Candid Camera television show. I ordered two identical sandwiches, which were simply tuna with lettuce and green pepper. Note they were ordered identically. I attached a picture of the receipt here along with pictures of one of the sandwiches. How difficult is it to get a tuna sandwich right? In addition to failing to get the toppings correctly, the tuna salad itself is a complete disaster made with way too much mayonnaise. It would be better suited for caulking windows.To top things off when I went to enjoy one of the so-called pickles, this is what it looked like in the photo below. I recognize everyone has a bad day. But come on, all these were, were tuna salad sandwiches!They took longer than the two entrees my wife and I enjoyed at a fine dining establishment last night in Palm Springs. And these sandwiches were simply terrible while the "pickle" was the finishing touch to the insult this entire experience was.However, since we all want to always look for a silver lining, I'm thinking that after drying this thing out (which clearly won't take long,) the pickle will serve as a halfway decent doorstop.

We went in on Jan 1st...starving! Razz took our order and did FANTASTIC! He was friendly, funny, patient and helpful as I navigated the new app. Mr. Singh, please rewards the entire team who worked on the 1st, they ALL DID SUPERB and our food was DEE-LICI-OUS! Great job team!!

Only one person making sandwiches, other two people working were either taking a break stocking. At least 4 people waiting for sandwiches. After 10-15 minutes I had to ask for money back because no one was making sandwiches and I couldn't wait any longer. Razz gave me a refund but was clearly upset at something. He told me to put my credit card in machine and walked away. I didn't know if my transaction was done or not. He started telling his two coworkers to start making sandwiches. I took my card and walked out . Got better service at the subway down the street

If you make a wrong location order good luck you never going to get your money back. They give you talk nothing.I deleted the apps rather go to subway never had any problem.

Three employees in here and after 38 minutes I'm still waiting for my sub... There's a lot of online orders isn't an excuse. There's 16 customers inside waiting for sandwiches why don't they make them???? Also the young girl working lets in a random lady behind the counter and has been talking for 15 minutes instead of helping with the food..??? She also gave her a sandwich for free..??? Doesn't make sense. Definitely not coming back. Too bad bc food is actually good.

I am so sick of seeing your commercials your subs are not good at all my 9 year old son could make a better sub I'm so sick of hearing how you donate to the fire departments why don't you just shut up already and donate without saying anything Jesus Christ I'm tired of hearing it I'm tired of seeing it I won't let my family eat at your stupid little restaurant why don't you just go away already

So my friend and I were driving up to Joshua tree and wanted to bring some food with us. We made a random stop at this unvisited place that we had never heard of before and I am so glad that we did! We both decided to share the Italian sub and it was so delicious! Immediately after finishing it would look up other locations closer to us for when we were back in San Diego. She ended up getting a red fireman hat I forgot to take a picture unfortunately.Can't wait to try them out in San Diego! We went around noon on a Saturday and it was pretty busy! Always a good sign of great food.
