I don’t know what it is, but this is my favorite place to get a quick burger. They always taste so good and the veggies especially are always crisp and fresh. Honestly feels like a restaurant quality burger, like a step above “fast food”. Staff is always friendly and fast! My orders are always accurate.

They forgot the fries and then the guy brought them out smashed in his fist while laughing and with a smirk on his face. The other kid said they were laughing at their mistake but it sort of seemed like they were laughing at me :/ then the burger had all the pickles in one bite. Won’t be going back.

Had the new crispy onion BBQ burger-fantastic!I eat here regularly, both dine-in and take-out. The restaurant has improved over the past few years. Service is always fast, courteous and efficient. It is kept nice and clean. Most of all the food is consistently delicious and well made. The crispy onion bbq burger was excellent!

the guy taking the order was short and didn’t let me finish saying what i wanted before giving my total. so i didn’t even get a combo, it’s okay went to chikfila next door and got a side and they were very polite. however, i also found a black curl of hair ontop of my burger bun when i unwrapped the burger.

Its cool A and W employ developmentally disabled people but, burgers onion rings where smashed and I asked for no ice because ice is filled to the top and a splash of soda sits at the bottom hopfully, they have better sanitation practices then they do product quality.???
Place literally ran out of root beer... How is that possible? The dining room is hot and noisy with a huge fan blowing, so loud you can barely hear people talk. Maybe fix the AC? Really awful location, avoid at all costs.

Just ordered 6 of their 2 for 12 Tuesday special burgers and every hamburger patty was ice cold. We only initially received half of our order and that was quickly fixed. Not sure if we will go back.

Ordered a 3 piece of tenders, got the smallest tender I ever saw. Ordered an extra thing of mash potatoes and gravy but with gravy on the side. They charged me an extra $2 for gravy on the side. I didn't notice it till I got home or would have said something. Terrible location to go to.

If I could I would give this place no stars at all the Food was disgusting!!!!!!! the biscuits where hard as a rock the chicken was old as hell I spent 40 dollars on this food!! Like really!? on top of that when we showed up it was not busy at all so there was no excuse to y are food could not be made fresh the lady in drive thru was rude as hell poor customers service never again this place is no good don't waite u're money here if I'm gonna be waiting my money on u're guys food at lest make It fresh that was really ridiculous and embarrassing I work at fast food business and we know when food gets old after a few minutes you trow it out u don't serve it to a customer
