Decent food for the price. I placed two mobile orders, received both a couple minutes earlier than the app said it would be ready. Only problem is I ordered an orange cream and a CHOCOLATE shake. Got home and realized the chocolate shake tasted like coffee when I finally went to drink it. Mildly upsetting since coffee is 1) not what I ordered and 2) gross, but service was otherwise good and timely.

3 times I came here thru the drive thru all 3 times they messed up my order first time I ordered a sandwich and they put everything in different containers and no bread 2 nd time I went there the fries were over done and today I order the French dip with Arby's sauce and was on my lunch break I get to work no Arby's sauce and no aju sauce and no swiss cheese

Woah! This place was literally empty and yet they took super long to get our order, gave us an attitude on the intercom to the point my young son was even saying geez someone mad! Messed up our order, and when we went into the store, she still had an attitude, said that we didn't buy what we order and when we showed her the receipt, that's when the attitude change... The food was good, solid Arby's food. They were out of curly fries which I understand running out of food..but that's also why we go there is for their curly fries. We placed 3 meals through the drive thru and we were the only customers. It wasn't until we got home that we noticed our drinks were wrong. We ordered 2 cokes and a chocolate shake and what we got was 2 diet Cokes and a vanilla shake. If they had been super busy then I could maybe understand but they were dead. It's just annoying that lately fast food can't get the order right now matter where we go.

Service was pretty slow over 10 minutes in drive thru, had to repeat order at least 5 times, no au jus with French dip, fries were cold and stale.

It's Arby's, you get what you expect. The staff is generally pretty congenial, and for a fast food joint the place is pretty clean. The food is exactly what you get at every Arby's, but I've never had them get an order wrong, so that's a point in their favor.

The cashier was friendly and helpful, but the food was subpar, even for Arby's. Fries tasted like they were kept in warmer for like 2 hours. The burger was crispy and dry.

How are you not going to take your criticism because you forgot to give us all our food that is your fault not my fault I come to get fast food so I don't have to cook after a very long day at work very dissatisfied with your customer service and then you didn't want to give me your name you being a supervisor and then you finally said oh my name's Alan very rude you have lost your mind to be treating customers this way!!!

Went the other day around afternoon to old town for errands. Wanted to get a snack, out of all options I chose arbys cause arbys bussin. I tried both sides of the building. They were both locked. The drive thru was working, I shouldn’t need a car to get food. I called and asked why they were locked, she said “we only open the doors to people that ask.” Okay? Decided I didn’t need to ask permission to eat, so I’m asking for a free roast beef. Make it a double. I live close to this location and I have been so many times. I always get the French dip with the au jus sauce. Without a doubt everytime the forget the au jus sauce and I always have to double check my bag to make sure they give me the sauce. I just have gone here so many times and literally every order something is wrong. So I just don't go back anymore.
