Arvada barre creates such a welcoming and inclusive environment from the moment you walk in. The space is gorgeous and super fun. The instructors are friendly, helpful, and have some super great (and intense) workouts (shoutout Laura and Angela!). They also have awesome community building events consistently throughout every month.

I have so many great things to say about Arvada Barre! I have been enjoying the instructors and workouts at this studio for almost 2 years; however, the new owner Jenny, has made so many fabulous improvements including studio updates, additional class times, and offering fun events inside the studio as well as out in the community. Every single instructor at Arvada Barre genuinely cares about the fitness journey of each student. It's so refreshing to be a part of a workout community that supports, encourages and uplifts the members. The workouts are always different and so very challenging. I am very grateful to be a part of the Arvada Barre family!
