1.5/5 my friend loves their delivery and ive been craving pizza.. had great optimism going on. first an employee watches us take a seat and remain there, hoping for service. After ten mins we ask what were supposed to do. was it not obvious we didnt know?? so thats weak point 1. Now, owner at the counter? hes about to get roasted. The House pie or whatever seemed cool, we just wanted mushrooms bc the three of us fkn like mushrooms.. so this doucherino, who i am told exploits and underpays his staff, tells me im not gonna ruin his good pie, and says "ill put it on half" im sorry what?! ... i said dude what? nevermind just dont worry about it. sensing my annoyance my buddy took over ordering and we somehow managed to get an order for a large supreme (which has mushrooms listed as an ingredient... our ONE REQUEST was no olives. it shows up 20 mins later with NO MUSHROOM and OLIVES ALL OVER IT. no one checked on us of course and didnt wanna re-interact with the pompous, pretentious owner because i already knew it wasnt gonna be a positive interaction based on previous ones. I sat in there and daydreamt about Papa Johns. Think Im being dramatic? check my reviews, i always give glowing reviews. but this place? this guy? he can go straight to heck without a bread basket. b hole. The pizza itself was fine, but all things considered it was not a good experience. also: there was a tip line. doesn't that imply that theres a server? because there was zero table service aside from the drop-off. ZERO. people who tip well are being exploited here. People wont tip before eating if places like this take tips and then do nothing to earn them. & a previous employee said the owner steals the tips! Man, I am not a fan. Literally have the creeps. Sad that great chefs have restaurants that fail in five years and this dude has made it 40. Im sure robbing your staff helps your bottom line, tho.

Being an Arvada native, I wasn't sure how to go about this. I love to support the local restaurants, especially mom and pops that are really trying to survive this economy and changes, and so admittedly it's a wonder I have never been here before, especially if they have been around since 1976. Sadly, this will be probably my first and last visit. Hubby and I were in the area, and thought we would stop by for dinner. I tried the meatball casserole (cause it sounded like something different) and he had the Italian sausage calzone. Unfortunately both were subpar. Mine said it came with green chilies and garlic bread, and it came with none. Had it remade, and literally could have just ordered the spaghetti and meatballs, because that's basically what it was, minus the cheese being melted, and not being a "casserole" type meal at all. Hubby's was mostly bread, with one Italian sausage patty cut up with some green chilies. Very lack luster. Staff was alright, not very attentive, ambiance was quiet and peaceful. I am hoping that this could have possibly, maybe been an off night for them being a Wednesday evening? But with old Chicago's across the way, we really didn't want to not support the little guy, but maybe things need to be brought up to par to keep it going?!?! Yes, we brought up our concerns to the staff, and all we were offered was a meal credit when come again, which honestly, we aren't feeling the need to.

Very delicious pizza and this place has an awesome old Italian feel when you go inside, highly recommend!

I've noticed this place for so long but have never gotten to try them until tonight and I'm so mad at myself that I didn't try it sooner!! Ordered around 7:00pm and had my food ready to go and home by 7:30. The garlic fritas with the creamy Italian sauce were to die for! The Italian sandwich with fries was perfectly balanced and well made, best fries I've had in forever! Now their pizza....*chef's kiss*!!!! Absolutely hands down the best pizza I've ever had!! You can tell the crust was handmade and perfected, thin crust was just thick enough to not bend or flop, perfectly chewy and crispy at the same time! The ingredients were fresh and delicious and so well proportioned you got a little bit of everything in every bite!! Not to mention they also cut the pizza ENTIRELY compared to most places that can't even do that. This will now be my go to pizza place. Good prices, fast service and seriously phenomenal food!

I love the garlic bread here. Light, crispy, buttery, and plenty of garlic. Can't go wrong with the big fancy salad with either ranch or bleu cheese, both made in house. The calzones and pizza are also great, and don't forget to add chili strips. Not spicy but really delicious !

Food was tasteless the sauce in the chicken parmigiana taste like straight out of a can, the garlic bread edges were hard.

Hands down one of the best pizzas in town! I've lived here for 20 years and never tried it until yesterday.. It blows the other pizza joints out of the water! Nice job!

Very average pizza. Could use more flavor. Overall it was good, not really any complaints, but it didn't stand out to me in any way. Pizza only took about 10 minutes to come out.

Yes...I'm a pizza snob, I've lived in NYC for 18 years and I know what a great pizza is, and I can definitely tell you the pizza at Santeramo's is not at all in any way great. Is it bad pizza, no, but it's not worth the price. We ordered a plain cheese pizza with fresh garlic, we received a cheese pizza (with way too much cheese) and I swear to you, at least 20-30 WHOLE CLOVES OF GARLIC! Not chopped or slivered, WHOLE! In my 54+ years on this wonderful planet I have never seen something like this. We ended up taking off all of the cloves and setting them aside. This really was the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen, at least with pizza.Amazingly, the Garlic Fritas had no garlic taste! LOL!!! I guess they must have used all of the garlic in the restaurant on our pizza. If you're desperate for pizza and the local supermarket is closed, I guess you can come here.***Established in 1977, New York Style Pizza*** I DON'T THINK SO!

Went here based on reviews but was very disappointed. While the staff was friendly, the pizza was not good at all. While price was competitive with others in area, wish we had tried somewhere else.

Ordered a meatball casserole to go. What I got was cut up pieces of meat, which may have been meatballs in a former life, on the left side of my to go box. No way to tell how many meatballs may have been cut up, but given the paltry amount of meat, it wasn't many. Marinara sauce was very salty, and the garlic bread was extremely salty to the point of being enedible.Waste of $14.00. First and last time here.

I have still ordered from here since my last review and they seem to have gotten better about making sure the correct food goes out. Definitely improved!

Promise me one thing. You never go here. Pizza was greasy greasy GREASY. Nobody at the counter for 5 minutes when you walk in, plenty of time to decide what you want I guess. Food was trash service was trash, no clean tables. Worst of the worst honestly, I would hate to see what the kitchen looks like! Hope I do they sick.
