This location consistently fails to accurately deliver all items that were ordered. Very disappointed with missing items and hot salsa added to a burrito instead of on the side. My daughter couldn't eat her burrito due to the spice.

Snowstorm today so called to see if they are open and it is impossible to speak to someone with the AI system. Yes website says open but with a snowstorm I don’t believe it’s accuracy. Needless to say I’m not making the drive in this weather just for them to be closed and because there is no answer no order was placed and they lost a customer

I came in with my girlfriend and we honestly loaded up. At least I did. We both got one bowl each so it was 2 total. We spent about 24-26.We come back a week later and I get the same thing except double steak and they charged me 46. Managers doubled down on how expensive it was and didn’t even care about the fact that it’s nearly doubled in price. Manager was also rude while giving me my food. At least I think she was a manager. She is Hispanic and on the chubbier side and not in a good way and wears glasses and is short but anyways haha.. Never got the name because that’s not important. Extremely weird and inconsistent. Won’t be coming back. The man at the counter even said “I could show you your receipt and everything here” and he never even sent me the receipt haha. He never even gave it to me and there is no possible justified way it should be 20 or over more than it was…. I could of just ordered another bowl and skipped the steak?… I’ve seen this too many times before. Just another manager going beyond and over the book and is just hurting business in the end. That extra 20 isn’t worth the rest of my life I would go there just saying?Ps: atmosphere isn’t that bad I just want this post to be seen. You can’t randomly start doubling prices out of nowhere just because of extra steak lol. I won’t go back and if I do I simply won’t pay for it if they want to try and overcharge me again haha. On top of that I’ve been coming here for years and it j randomly happens. I payed for it and it is affordable don’t get me wrong but doubling price isn’t justified at all I mean let’s be real…. I may as well order another bowl haha. Please stop taking advantage of people and do better have a nice day:)

I asked for light cheese the server gave me a handful. I then asked him what I should do in future to get light cheese. He then grabbed and handful and said this is what I put on there. So in order to get light cheese should I ask for cheese on the side or what? Light cheese isn’t and handful unless your a toddler. When you’re 16-18 a handful is a lot of cheese…. Now that I’ve taken 3 bites straight full of all cheese I threw the burrito away cause it’s a cheese burrito not a steak and chicken burrito. Horrible experience and a waste of $10.13 cause I threw burrito away disguised that first 3 bites were straight cheese. How hard is it to put light cheese?
The high schoolers they have closing this place are fantastic. Have seen one run better!

This was the smallest portion I ever got from Chipotle. What was unacceptable was that the person that prepared the food wiped over the area where they keep the bowl to fill them. She literally wiped the area with all the previous food such as cheese and lettuce back into the containers. You can see they don’t care what they serve!!!!

When I first got there my order was waiting for me that was a plus had no issues getting my food there was a little line but the pick up line was empty I liked that fact isn't anything worse then standing in line just for take out you order take out so you don't have to stand around waiting to be seated and then you have to wait for the waiters eating out is a long process that I don't like going through all of the time for me I order take out so I don't have to do any of the waiting this place was very clean and the workers were very helpful and polite so I would definitely suggest this place to eat but I have one negative thing I have to mention now mind everything was great except they forgot my sour cream but I happened to have some in the fridge so no harm this time lol!
