I absolutely love these people. They are the most heartfelt. Genuine amazing people. They care about their customers and about the service they provide I go here everyday. Just because of how amazing they are.
The girl at the window today was so rude! I have never ever had a bad experience at DB before and I probably go 2-4times a week. I have never seen this women before so I’m sure she is new. Hopefully she will get the DB spirt!!!

All they serve are drinks and they take forever! Not to mention they are pricey. I like their drinks but they're always giving you the wrong ones and to wait in the drive thru line for 10 minutes with no movement is ridiculous. If you want quick service, go to Starbucks down the street. They even serve food and they're quicker than DB. I only go here if there's less than 4 cars in line. Otherwise, expect a long wait.

I am a long time coffee drinker, my mom used to give me coffee when growing up,by the time I reached 7th grade I was able to eat chocolate covered espresso beans and have no problem with the bitterness of the bean. Fast forward a whole lot of years,,I have been a flat white Starbucks fan for as long as I can remember, the ristretto mixed with breva( 1/2 n1/2 and of course a venti size with 4 pumps of hazelnut. Oh my goodness my mornings were complete. Until I moved, surprisingly enough the nearest Starbucks’s was 10 blocks away and getting there, traffic is awful, but every morning I had to have my coffee, after a few failed attempts at making my order correct at that Starbucks location, and even ordering different drinks on the menu just to make sure it just wasn’t me and my pallette, I stopped going. There was a Dutch Bros right across the street from me, I’ve heard about them and they get good reviews, but come on nothing beats Starbucks right? Wrong, oh how wrong I was. I pulled into the drive thru lane and as usual had to stay in line for awhile before I ordered, since I had never been I’m like yeah ok whatever, the line however moved so quickly I wasn’t even able to read the menu.it was my turn my order, a sweet gentalman was standing outside with his tablet taking orders, I had explained I had never been to Dutch bros and how iam a loyal Starbucks drinker, he grins and says what do you drink at Starbucks? I told him a flat white, the gentleman suggested I try there double torture. So I did.. I SIP, I WAS HOOKED. Of course I’m a skeptic so, I tried there chai, cold and hot, I tried a double torture with cold brew. DUTCH BROS. I LOVE YOU. THANK YOU.. if Starbucks wants to compete they have a lot to learn.

I came here this morning to get a cup of coffee. Something very simple. The line was very long so I parked my car and went up to the window. The young guy probably in his twenties with a handlebar mustache was flirting with a customer at the window. Asking about where she lived, where she went to school, if she likes coffee because I guess she's applying for a job there. And of course she comes back with coffee as her life and passion. Whatever. The employee did not even acknowledge that I was standing there. He looked at me a couple of times. He could have said can you give me just a moment I'm trying to get this girl's phone number, or I'm trying to flirt with her, or will be with you in just a moment as soon as I get a date from this girl. No, I was completely ignored. It was pretty upsetting and I just left.

Great coffee and great employees that work at this location!! Always love coming here for my workday coffee! It’s farther than some other coffee places closer to me but I prefer coming here because of the amazing customer service provided here!
If they can get their queue worked out and take orders in order I think that would helpImprove this location a lot!

Great coffee and people at DB!! Consistent flavor and service you can count on. I'd given5 stars if they'd offer a truly large hot drink - they have just a 20oz max (I need at least 24, but 30 is better). At least their cold drinks offer 32oz!!

This was a great location till a few months ago. Now it’s a gamble if you’ll be stuck in line or not. My drink is never made the same way twice I only ever order a 9-1-1 and it goes from too sweet to drink to literally coffee and milk with no sweetness. It feels like it’s kid’s running the place and no one knows what’s going on. For the prices there’s way better coffee around without the headache.
